TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE COULD ABNORMALLY HEAR GASOLINE FUEL SPLASHING AROUND IN THE FUEL TANK FROM OUTSIDE AND INSIDE THE VEHICLE WHEN DRIVING OR PARKED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES WHILE THE FUEL TANK WAS FULL THE VEHICLE WOULD EXHIBIT THE SPLASHING SOUND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE SOUND WAS A NORMAL OCCURRENCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED.
