Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)Driving about 40 mph on a rural road, coming up to a curve in the road (or already in the curve when suddenly the 2025 Honda civic hybrid sedan sport touring beeped fast and then immediately braked hard. There was no car in front of me but there was a car coming towards me in the opposite direction. There was no fog or rain, it was daytime. Believe the CMBS caused this. If a car would have been close behind me, I may have been rear ended. Also, if this happened on snow or ice, would have lost control. Did not take it to the dealer as others have stated, they could not find the problem. I believe the dash showed “ Brake” just as it happened but nothing before.
