The contact owns a 2015 Honda CR-V. The contact stated that after completing a routine oil change and tire rotation, the TPMS warning light continuously remained illuminated. While the vehicle was parked, the vehicle moved and made an abnormal transmission sound. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who was unable to identify the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.
Car shaking vigorously when stopped in traffic and gears is engaged in drive mode, engine and transmission make loud noises when driving in low RPM between 1000 and 2000.
WHEN ENTERING A PRIVATE ELDERLY HOUSING PARKING LOT TO ATTEND A MEETING, I WAS TRAVELING IN MY 2015 HONDA CRV AT ABOUT 5 MPH. AFTER SLOWING FOR A SPEED BUMP, I WENT TOWARD A PARKING SPOT TRAVELING AT ABOUT 2 MPH WHERE I COULD JUST PULL STRAIGHT IN. WHEN I TRIED TO APPLY THE BRAKE, IT WAS ROCK SOLID AND VEHICLE SEEMED TO SELF ACCELERATE. THE VEHICLE JUMPED THE CURB WHICH HAD A STEEL DRAINAGE PLATE, AND TOOK OUT A SIGN KNOCKING IT TO THE GROUND. A RESIDENT AT THE FACILITY WAS STANDING CLOSE BY AND IT SCARED HIM SO BAD HE TOOK OFF. HAD I BEEN JUST A FEW FEET CLOSER TO HIM, HE WOULD HAVE BEEN HIT BY MY VEHICLE. THE IMPACT WITH THE CURB AND SIGN SLOWED THE VEHICLE TO A STOP. THE BUMPER, VALANCE, AND RIGHT FOG LAMP ALL HAVE TO BE REPLACED. THE HONDA CRV IS THREE MONTHS OLD.
WHEN MOVING AND ACCELERATING THERE IS A LOUD NOISE THAT COMES FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE APPEARING TO COME FROM THE TRANSMISSION AREA. THIS HAPPENS WITH DIFFERENT DRIVERS ON PAVED INTERSTATES AS WILL AS COUNTY 2 LANE ROADS. YOU CAN BE TURNING OR GOING STRAIGHT BUT THIS NOISE IS ONLY WHEN THE CAR IS MOVING.
CAR WAS PURCHASED ON 7/1/15. APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE, AROUND 500 MILES, THE VEHICLE BEGAN EXPERIENCING STRONG VIBRATIONS WHEN IN DRIVE GEAR AT IDLE (I.E., STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT). ENTIRE BODY OF CAR SHUDDERS SIGNIFICANTLY CAUSING DISCOMFORT TO PASSENGERS AND NAUSEA IN SOME CASES. THE PROBLEM TYPICALLY BEGINS AFTER DRIVING THE CAR FOR 5-10 MINUTES, AND WORSENS THE LONGER THE ENGINE HAS BEEN RUNNING. HONDA SERVICE SAYS THAT THERE IS NO KNOWN FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM, AND DEALER REFUSES TO PROVIDE A REFUND.
BACKED CAR OUT OF GARAGE AND IT SHOOK AND DIED.
BACKED OUT OF PARKING SPACE AT WORK WHEN CAR SHOOK AND DIED.
WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOP INTO A RIGHT OR LEFT TURN AND LET UP ON THE ACCELERATOR, THEN TRY TO ACCELERATE AFTER MAKING THE TURN, I EXPERIENCE A TOTAL LOSS OF POWER. IF I LET UP ON THE ACCELERATOR, AND THEN PRESS ON THE ACCELERATOR AGAIN THE VEHICLE WILL ACCELERATE NORMALLY. IF INSTEAD WHEN THE VEHICLE LOSES POWER, AND I CONTINUE TO HOLD THE ACCELERATOR PRESSED DOWN THE VEHICLE STAYS IN A LOST STATE OF POWER UNTIL I TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE ACCELERATOR AND THEN PRESS DOWN AGAIN. THIS EVENT HAPPENS 2 TO 3 TIMES PER MONTH SINCE THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO ME BY THE DEALER. THIS IS DANGEROUS, ESPECIALLY IF I AM MAKING A LEFT TURN OR TRYING TO ACCELERATE ONTO AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 'S ON RAMP. WHEN REPORTED TO THE DEALER, I WAS TOLD THAT THIS WAS NORMAL FOR THIS CAR.
WAS BACKING CAR OUT OF GARAGE AND IT SHOOK AND THEN DIED.
ON MAY 2ND, 2015, WE PURCHASED A 2015 HONDA CR-V. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE A WATER STAIN WAS NOTICED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE B PILLAR ROOF. PART OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT INCLUDED REMOVING THE STAIN THAT SEEMED TO BE FROM A PARTIALLY OPENED SUNROOF DURING SHIPPING. THE STAIN WAS REMOVED BY THE DEALERSHIP AND CHECKED BY THE DEALERSHIP AND ALL APPEARED TO BE RESOLVED. A SHORT TIME LATER ANOTHER WATER STAIN DEVELOPED IN THE SAME AREA. AGAIN THE STAIN WAS REMOVED AND THE VEHICLE CHECKED. AFTER THE CR-V'S THIRD VISIT TO THE SHOP IT WAS DETERMINED THAT AN "INSUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF SEAL SEALER" WAS USED IN THE ASSEMBLY OF THE VEHICLE AT THE FACTORY. OUR HONDA HAD TO BE SENT TO AN OUTSIDE HONDA APPROVED BODY SHOP FOR REPAIRS. ON DISCOVERING THE EXTENT OF THE PROBLEM, WE NO LONGER HAD CONFIDENCE IN THE QUALITY OF OUR "NEW" VEHICLE. GIVEN THE FACT IT HAD SUSTAINED WATER DAMAGE MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAD TO BE TAKEN TO AN AUTO BODY SHOP TO BE PROPERLY REPAIRED WITH ONLY A FEW HUNDRED MILES. WE HAD CONCERNS ABOUT WATER BEING TRAPPED BETWEEN THE MULTIPLE LAYERS OF METAL ROOF PANELS. IN TURN THAT COULD LEAD TO RUST, WHICH COULD LEAD TO THE RELEASE OF THE SEAM SEALER THAT HELPS PROVIDE THE RIGIDITY NEEDED FOR ROLLOVER CRASHES. ALSO, THE CONCERN OF MOLD DEVELOPING IN THE ROOF AND CARPET. UPON HEARING OUR CONCERNS THE DEALERSHIP AGREED TO TRADE IN OUR WATER DAMAGED CR-V FOR A NEW ONE. WITH LESS THAN 100 MILES THIS CR-V ALSO DEVELOPED A ROOF LEAK. NOW THE DEALERSHIP AND BODY SHOP HAS HAD OUR CURRENT CR-V TWO WEEKS, TO FIX THE LEAKED CAUSED BY HONDA NOT USING ENOUGH SEALER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE ROOF PANELS AND RAIL STUDS.HONDA IS NOW USING OUR CR-V AS FIELD REPORT CASE STUDY TO SUBMIT TO HONDA ENGINEERS. WE WOULD LIKE HONDA TO ISSUE A RECALL OUT OF CONCERN FOR OTHER CR-V OWNERS. MANY OWNERS MAY BE UNAWARE OF MOLD DANGERS AND STRUCTURAL ROOF WEAKNESS.
I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2015 HONDA CRV WITH SERIOUS VIBRATION ISSUES AT IDLE. I FIRST NOTED THE VIBRATION AT 420 MILES AT A RED LIGHT. I BROUGHT IT TO THE DEALER TO BE CHECKED AS VIBRATIONS INTENSITY INCREASED AROUND 800 MILES. THE DEALER DID NOTHING, DENIED KNOWING ABOUT THE ISSUE, AND NOTES: "CUSTOMER STATES THE CAR HAS A VIBRATION WHEN STOPPED AND FOOT ON BRAKE. IT COMES THROUGH THE BRAKE AND THE SEAT BASE AND THE BACK OF THE SEAT. CAN BE FELT THROUGH THE WHOLE CAR. HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE 450 MILES. VERIFIED CUSTOMERS CONCERN. HONDA IS AWARE OF CUSTOMER REPORTS OF THIS CONCERN. HONDA IS ACTIVELY REVIEWING REPORTS AND TESTING. SINCE REVIEW IS IN PROGRESS NO PRODUCT REVIEW IS AVAILABLE." ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

CAR HAS A BAD VIBRATION, WHEN IN D STOPPED AT THE RED LIGHT.
UNUSUAL VIBRATION WHEN CAR STOPS AT RED LIGHT. IT IS SO DISTURBING THAT I FEEL NOT COMFORTABLE IN THE DRIVING SEAT. I AM STARTING TO HAVE NAUSEA AND MY BACK ACHES (PART TIED WITH THE SEAT, BECAUSE VIBRATION) IF I DRIVE IN TRAFFIC FOR A LONG TIME. I HAVE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW CAR AND I WAS NEVER TOLD BY THE DEALER OF THIS PROBLEM WHICH IS A KNOWN ONE AND I FOUND IT LATER WHEN I STARTED GOOGLING. THIS IS A CASE OF BREACH OF TRUST TAKING ADVANTAGE OF BUYERS IGNORANCE AND IS AGAINST THE FAIR SELLING PRACTICE. I CALLED UP HONDA ON THE VERY 1ST WEEK, MOST LIKELY ON THE 3RD DAY AND LODGED MY GRIEVANCE (CASE NO[XXX]). I HAD SPENT CLOSE TO $30000 ON THE CAR AND I DO NOT WANT TO DRIVE THIS [XXX]. I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN DECEIVED BOTH BY HONDA AND THE HONDA DEALER. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS NOW I AM DRIVING AND STILL HONDA DOES NOT HAVE A FIX. IT IS EFFECTING MY HEALTH... HONDA SAYS IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY SAFETY HAZARD IN THE WEBSITE, BUT IT DOES HAS HEALTH HAZARDS WHICH HONDA CANNOT DENY. 2015 CR-V TOURING VIBRATES IN PARK OR DRIVE (WHEN THE CAR IS NOT MOVING). THE RPMS ARE ABOUT 550 TO 600 AND AT TIMES SEEMS LIKE THE ENGINE WANTS TO TURN OFF. VIBRATION OVERALL IS PRETTY STRONG, I HOPE HONDA FIXES THIS ISSUE. A/C CAN BE ON OR OFF, SAME ISSUE.
THERE IS A HIGH VIBRATION AND ENGINE NOISE, AND IS GETTING WORSE WITH TIME WHEN I STOP AT A RED LIGHT. EVEN AFTER TAKING THE CAR IN FOR HONDA TO FIX THE PROBLEM, AFTER 4 TIMES THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.

TO NHTSA I RECENTLY PURCHASED 2015 HONDA CR-V AWD ON JUNE 18TH, 2015. DAY AFTER I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE, I FOUND OUT THAT THERE IS VERY OBVIOUS VIBRATION ON DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEAT WHEN THE VEHICLE IDLE OR STAYS UNDER 2200 RPM. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND EVEN THEY HAD AGREED WITH THE PROBLEM. I AM AWARE THAT HONDA IS CURRENTLY ANALYZING THE ISSUE AND HAVE NOT FOUND OR FIXED THE VIBRATION PROBLEM YET. I AM REQUESTING NHTSA TO INVESTIGATE 2015 HONDA CR-V AWD. THEY ARE STILL SELLING THESE VEHICLES WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE SOLUTION. THANKS, BEST REGARD

VIBRATION FELT AT 20-25 MPH AND AT HIGHER SPEEDS THROUGH THE STEERING WHEEL AND BY SOUND WITH THE VIBRATION BECOMING STRONGER AS THE MILEAGE INCREASES. DISCUSSIONS WITH THE HONDA DEALERSHIP CONCERNING A REFUND HAVE NOT BEEN FRUITFUL. I AM CONCERNED THAT THE PROBLEM MAY RESULT IN A CRASH; BUT HONDA IS VERY SLOW TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 HONDA CR-V. WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED BUT THE VEHICLE DID NOT RESPOND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE MECHANIC RESET THE THROTTLE POSITION, PERFORMED CRANK POSITION RE-LEARN, AND IDLE RE-LEARN. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT FAILED TO REMEDY THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 886.
WHILE DRIVING OUR 2015 CRV A DAY AFTER OUR INITIAL PURCHASE IT BEGAN TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY AT IDLE. SO BAD THAT IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC IT CAN CAUSE THE DRIVER AND PASSENGERS TO START TO FEEL SICK. HONDA HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE ISSUE BUT SAYS THAT IT ISN'T A SAFETY CONCERN AND IT IS A CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE. ADDITIONALLY THE CAR VIBRATES AND FEELS AS IF MIGHT DIE WHEN SLOWING DOWN AT A STOP LIGHT. THE SAME THING THAT A MANUAL MIGHT DO IF LEFT IN GEAR WHEN SLOWING TO A STOP. ADDITIONALLY THE SAME THING CAN OCCUR WHEN INITIALLY ACCELERATING. I FEEL THAT THESE ARE SAFETY ISSUES BECAUSE THEY ARE DISTRACTING TO THE DRIVER AND THE CRV COULD EVENTUALLY START STALLING OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF AN INTERSECTION.
SEVERE, CONTINUING VIBRATION OF THE STEERING WHEEL, DRIVERS SEAT, PASSENGER SEAT, DRIVERS SIDE FLOOR AND GAS PEDAL WHEN DRIVING AT 60 MPH OR HIGHER. THIS PROBLEM WAS NOTED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED (IT WAS A TRADE FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP) AND WAS TOLD THE TIRES NEEDED TO BE BALANCED. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SERVICED 3 TIMES FOR THIS PROBLEM ON 6/20/15, 6/27/15 AND 7/2/15. EACH TIME THE VIBRATION BEGAN WITHIN 2 DAYS OF SERVICE. THE LONGER THE VEHICLE IS DRIVEN, THE WORSE THE VIBRATION BECOMES. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THE DEALERSHIP SAYS THEY WILL SOLVE THE ISSUE, THEY HAVEN'T. I CONTACTED ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD HONDA IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND WORKING ON A FIX. I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE A MONTH AGO, NOW HAVE 2200 MILES AND NO SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. IT IS TERRIBLE!! WHEN DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY EVERYDAY (30 MILES EACH WAY) TO AND FROM WORK, THE VEHICLE VIBRATES SO MUCH I AM FEARFUL OF SOMETHING SEVERE HAPPENING WHILE I DRIVE.

THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
STARTED CAR, PUT IN REVERSE, BACKED UP ABOUT 3 OR 4 FEET CAR TOTALLY DIED.
I JUST NOTICE ON 6/8/15 THERE A VIBRATION EVERY TIME I STOP AT THE RED LIGHT. IT PRETTY ANNOYING AND VERY OBVIOUS. I LOOK UP THE REVIEW AND FIND OUT THERE SO MANY OWNER OF HONDA CRV-EXL 2015 FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE HELP. I KNOW THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT HONDA NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSUMERS. SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO HAVE AUTHORITY TO HOLD HONDA RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PROBLEM. I PURCHASED A NEW 2015 HONDA CV R. WHILE DRIVING IN THE RAIN MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE NOT OPERATING PROPERLY. THEY WERE LEAVING A STREAM OF WATER ACROSS MY WINDSHIELD DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF MY VISION, DISTORTING THE VIEW OF THE ROAD. I TOOK MY CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THEM CHECK IT.WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK THE MECHANIC TOLD ME HE REPLACED THE RUBBER IN THE BLADE AND ITS GOOD TO GO. WITH THE NEXT RAIN I SAW THAT I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I TOOK MY CAR BACK TO THE DEALER, THEY WORKED ON IT FOR A WHILE WITH OUT FIXING THE PROBLEM. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT THIS CONDITION IS NORMAL. I DID NOT BELIEVE IT. I TOLD HIM TO BRING OUT ANOTHER CR V TO SEE IF IT HAD THE SAME WIPER PROBLEM. IT DID!!!! I TALKED SEVERAL OTHER CV R OWNERS WHO ARE HAVE THE SAME DANGEROUS CONDITION AND ARE HOPING FOR A RECALL FROM HONDA TO CORRECT THIS BEFORE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS
I HAVE A VERY KNOWN PROBLEM FOR THIS MODEL YEAR - VERY DISTURBING VIBRATION IN THE CABIN, WHEN THE ENGINE IS RUNNING IN THE 800-1800 RPM RANGE, WHICH IS A VERY TYPICAL RANGE IN EVERY DAY DRIVING. BASICALLY THE PROBLEM IS PRESENT DURING MOST OF THE CITY DRIVING. DURING THE DRIVE - THIS VIBRATION QUICKLY ESCALATES FROM BEING VERY ANNOYING - TO DISTURBING AND EVENTUALLY IT CAUSES HEADACHE AND MINOR NAUSEA, WHICH DEFINITELY AFFECTS MY DRIVING ABILITY!! NOW, I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE BRAND NEW, AND OWNED IT FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS. SINCE THE PROBLEM APPEARED ALMOST RIGHT AWAY - I'VE BEEN TAKING THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP FOUR TIMES BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE. EVENTUALLY THE DEALERSHIP PERFORMED ALL THE OFFICIAL "FIXES" TO THIS PROBLEM: 1) NEW RADIATOR CUSHIONS, TRANSMISSION MOUNTS, AND FRONT HEAD RESTRAINTS. 2) UPDATE OF THE 'PCM SOFTWARE' NOW, AFTER THE FIRST SERIES OF FIXES, THE VIBRATION GOT A LITTLE BIT LOWER (THOUGH IT STILL REMAINED).. THE DEALER TOLD US THAT THESE ARE THE ONLY AVAILABLE FIXES AND THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THAT THEY CAN DO. WELL, WHAT COULD WE DO? WE ACCEPTED IT AS IS.. AS SOMETHING WE WILL HAVE TO TRY TO LIVE WITH. HOWEVER!!! THAT WAS NOT ALL!! LATER THAT YEAR, WE GOT A OFFICIAL LETTER FROM THE DEALERSHIP WITH A REQUEST TO BRING THE CAR IN FOR SOME KIND OF SOFTWARE UPDATE, WHICH WE DID. AND AFTER THAT "UPGRADE" THE VIBRATION GOT MUCH WORST THEN EVEN BEFORE! OF COURSE I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND COMPLAINED ABOUT VIBRATION. THEY CHECKED THE CAR AND CLAIMED THAT AT THIS POINT THE VIBRATION IS THE SAME LEVEL AS ON THE REST OF SAME MODEL CARS, AND THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ANYMORE AND THAT I JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT IT! ME AND MY WIFE CANNOT DRIVE IT FOR ANY PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME BECAUSE THE VIBRATION IS VERY DISTURBING AND GIVES HEADACHE. *TR
2015 HONDA CR-V: UNUSUAL VIBRATION AT STOP WITH GEAR SHIFT IN DRIVE MODE AND LOUD MUM SOUND WHEN DRIVING BETWEEN 15 TO 25 MPH SIMILAR TO ALL OTHER COMPLAINTS ON THIS 2015 MODEL.
I PURCHASED MY CRV EX AWD A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, I NOTICED THAT THE SEATS SHAKE CAUSING A VIBRATION IN THE CAR WHEN I'M STOPPED AND THE VEHICLE IS IN DRIVE. WHEN THIS HAPPENS, THE ENGINE IS WARM AND IDLES AROUND 600 RPMS. I HAVE FOUND THAT IF THE A/C IS ON OR THE HEADLIGHTS ARE ON, THEN THE VIBRATIONS LESSENS AFTER THE ENGINE IDLE INCREASES. I'VE CONTACTED HONDA, BUT THEY ONLY SAID THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF THE COMPLAINT AND THAT "IF" A REMEDY CAN BE FOUND THEY WOULD NOTIFY THE OWNERS.
I WAS DRIVING 40 MPH ON A COUNTRY ROAD IN SOLANO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA A COUPLE WEEKS AGO. AS THE ROAD MADE A JOG TO THE RIGHT, ANOTHER VEHICLE TRAVELLING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION TOWARD ME WAS MOMENTARILY IN FRONT OF MY CAR DUE TO THE JOG IN THE ROAD. MY COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM EVIDENTLY DETECTED THE OTHER VEHICLE AND MOMENTARILY APPLIED THE BRAKES ON MY CAR. HAD THERE BEEN ANOTHER VEHICLE FOLLOWING ME AT THE TIME, THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY THAT MY CAR WOULD HAVE BEEN REAR-ENDED. THERE IS A SIMILAR ISSUE WITH THE COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM I RECENTLY READ ABOUT WHICH AFFECTS SIMILAR ACURA SUV'S. THE ACURAS AFFECTED ARE BEING RECALLED. I DON'T SEE A RECALL NOTICE ON SIMILAR HONDA CRV'S.
SINCE DAY ONE THERE HAS BEEN A STRONG VIBRATION AT IDLE. THE ENGINE WILL BE AT 650-700 RPMS AND THEN DROPS TO 500. IT SHAKES UNCONTROLLABLY WHEN THE RPMS DROP AT A LIGHT OR WHILE IDLING. I'VE TAKEN IT IN 3 TIMES WITH NO REPAIR SUCCESS.
STARTED CAR, PUT IN REVERSE, BACKED ABOUT 1 OR 2 FEET. ENGINE DIED.
WE PURCHASED A 2015 CR-V IN MAY OF 2015. IT HAD 7 MILES AND WE TEST DROVE IT FOR A FEW MINUTES &LOVED THE SUV AND WE DID NOT NOTICE ANY ISSUES OR VIBRATIONS. A FEW DAYS LATER MY GIRLFRIEND NOTICED THE VIBRATION SINCE SHE DRIVES IT DAILY TO WORK ON ONE OF THE BUSIEST FREEWAY (405). SHE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE VIBRATION WAS PRETTY BAD &NAUSEATING. I DECIDED TO DRIVE THE CR-V TO WORK. I ALSO TAKE THE 405 FREEWAY AND AS WE ALL KNOW THIS FREEWAY IS BUMPER TO BUMPER AND MOST OF THE TIME YOU ARE IDLE. THATS WHEN I NOTICED THE VIBRATION. YOU HAVE TO DRIVE THE SUV FOR ABOUT 15-30 MINUTES IN ORDER FOR YOU TO FEEL THE VIBRATION. AS MENTIONED ITS VERY BAD &ITS NAUSEATING AND DISTRACTING TO THE DRIVER. I HAVE RECORDED MY DAILY DRIVE TO WORK AND THE VIBRATION IS DOCUMENTED WHEN AT IDLE. HONDA NEW ABOUT THIS VIBRATION SINCE NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR. THE VIBRATION IS A SAFETY CONCERN OF US SINCE AS I MENTIONED IT IS DISTRACTING TO THE DRIVER AND ITS VERY NAUSEATING. IF AT IDLE OR IN VERY SLOW TRAFFIC THIS CAN BE VERY CONCERNING DUE TO THE FACT IT MIGHT LEAD TO CR-V DRIVERS WITH THIS ISSUE TO GET INTO AN ACCIDENT.
MY CAR HAS A SERIOUS VIBRATION ISSUES WHEN IT IDLES OR IS REVVING UP TO 40-50MPH. IT IS INCREDIBLE DISTRACTING AND ONLY HAS BEEN GETTING WORSE SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR. I AM VERY CONCERNED THAT THIS ISSUE WILL CONTINUE TO GROW AND OUTSIDE OF IT BEING VERY ANNOYING IT HAS BEEN DISTRACTING ME AND CAUSING EVEN THE PASSENGER IN THE FRONT SEAT TO ASK "WHAT IS THAT? IT CAN'T BE NORMAL". I HOPE THIS AGENCY ALONG WITH HONDA USA WILL WORK HARD TO FIND A SOLUTION AS I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS SAFE TO DRIVE AS IS.
VERY STRONG VIBRATION AT IDLE. VERY ANNOYING AND CAN CAUSE HARM TO MY BODY AND IT REALLY MAKES ME REGRET BUYING THE CAR EACH TIME I STOP AT A STOP SIGNAL OR AT A RED LIGHT. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BOTH THE DEALER AND HONDA TO TAKE BACK MY COSTLY BRAND NEW CRV 2015 TOURING FOR A FULL REFUND. I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM YET.
AT IDLE SPEEDS (AT STOP SIGN OR RED LIGHT), THE CAR VIBRATES. THE FRONT SEATS START SHAKING QUITE A BIT - THE PROBLEM GOES AWAY ONLY IF YOU SWITCH TO NEUTRAL OR PUT ADDITIONAL LOAD ON THE ENGINE (I.E., TURN THE A/C OR HEATER ON). READING VARIOUS FORUMS, THIS PROBLEM APPEARS TO BE WIDESPREAD. HONDA EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THE PROBLEM IN A VIDEO POSTED IN APRIL AND YET THEY CONTINUE TO SELL THE CAR. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO RETURN IT BUT APPARENTLY THERE IS NO "COOLING OFF" PERIOD IN CALIFORNIA.
GETTING VIBRATION FROM TRANSMISSION/POWER TRAIN. VERY NOTICEABLE BETWEEN 20 MPH AND 40 MPH. CAN FEEL THE VIBRATION I THE STEERING WHEEL. AND ALSO IN THE SEATS.
VEHICLE SEATS VIBRATES ON D MODE IF YOU STOP THE VEHICLE. RPM MOVED AUTOMATICALLY BETWEEN 600 TO 800 RMP ON VEHICLE STOP IN D MODE AND AC IS ON
VIBRATION ISSUE DURING IDLE
SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASING I NOTICED A ENGINE VIBRATION WHEN STOPPED OR IDLING. CALLED DEALER TO COMPLAIN AND THEY SAID THEY WERE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND THAT HONDA WAS WORKING ON IT. I WOULD NOT AVE BOUGHT THE CAR IF I WOULD HAVE NOTICED IT SOONER. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING AND DISTRACTING.
