The vehicle was taken to several independent mechanics, the dealer, and a second dealer, The Auto Connection (10910 Midlothian Tpke, Richmond, VA 23235), where it was determined that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 86,691.
