Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)WHILE DRIVING I NOTICED A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR. TOOK IT IN AND HONDA CHANGED OUT MY SHOCKS. I WENT IN A FEW MONTHS LATER AND THE EQUIPMENT THEY PUT ON IS NOW LEAKING AND THE LOUD NOISE IS BACK. HONDA NOW REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING WITH THIS PART BEING A 50-60,000 MILE PART AND I HAVE NOT DRIVEN THAT FAR.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
