IN SHORT: THE FENDER SPAT FASTENERS FELL OFF CAUSING THE SPAT TO FLY OFF THE CAR. THE CAR IS ADVERTISED TO BE MADE OF NON-OXIDIZING METALS, THE SPAT FASTENERS; HOWEVER, DO RUST. THEY ARE A QUICK RELEASE FASTENER (NOT A BOLT AND NUT). I AM CONCERNED THAT THE SKIRT WILL FALL OFF AND HIT A CAR OR MOTORCYCLE AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. I HAVE NOTIFIED HONDA ABOUT MY CONCERNS.
