High voltage system warning light came on dashboard, reduced acceleration occurred while driving today, 1/9/26. This is my second Vehicle Complaint form regarding High Voltage System failure. High Voltage Battery was replaced after first incident which occurred on 11/25/25, and car spent 37 days at dealership for diagnosis and high voltage battery replacement. Car is now back at dealership for diagnosis and possible 2nd high voltage battery replacement today, 1/9/26.
The “check high voltage system” warning came on, we noticed the hearing stopped. This started after 12,000 miles. The dealership said they fixed it and gave it back the warning reappeared a few days later, same events we lost heat and then the warning came back on. We have it back at the dealership they still don’t know what’s wrong.
Service high voltage error keeps coming on. Have had it serviced by the dealer multiple times. Seems to be a common error with all Honda prologues but Honda has yet to address the problem.
Car was charging on a typical 48A J1722 home charger. Car stopped charging early and displayed "Service High Voltage System" and "Reduced Acceleration. Drive with Care" Scanner shows codes P1E00 and U362C
We received a High Voltage System warning, making the vehicle undrivable. Honda states it is an AC check valve issue. The vehicle only has 477 miles on it.
I was driving in the highway, at ~70mph with cruise control on when the error popped up. The temp was been 47-52°F. I got a message saying Service High Voltage System. I thought nothing of it and proceeded with rest of my trip. I went to even colder conditions and got down to 28°F at one point. I noticed that in the car, the AC was not working, it was only blowing cold air from outside. Eventually went to charge and and the car refused. I was 70 miles from home but was able to get a tow.
Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keeping Assistance was unavailable more than 4 times in one month. Got a propulsion waning light 3 times. On the third time, the dealer ordered a new EV Battery for my Prologue
The car reduced speed, shut down heat and an error code for high voltage issue appeared. The car was in the shop for 3.5 weeks while Honda misdiagnosed issue then repaired cooling issue on battery
