SHE IS CURRENTLY UNABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE AT NIGHT DUE TO THE FAILURE. IN ADDITION, A CRASH COULD OCCUR OR THE CONTACT COULD BE TICKETED BY THE POLICE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
