Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)I CHANGE MY OIL ON THE DATE THAT IT'S DUE IT MY MILES WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. I WAS OUT OF TOWN 2-20-21. THE CAR WAS DRIVING REALLY ROUGH.. RED LIGHT CAME IN THEN OFF. THE NEXT DAY, MY BOYFRIEND TOOK IT TO GET AND OIL CHANGE WHICH I STILL HAD 1,000 MILES UNTIL THE NEXT OIL CHANGE. THEY TOLD HIM IT WAS THE OIL PUMP. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED BC I FAITHFULLY CHANGE MY OIL. I HAVEN'T BEEN DRIVING IT BC THEY SAID IT WILL BLOW UP THE MOTOR. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET IT TOWED AND FIXED. IT'S GOING TO COST OVER $600.00. I HAVE TALKED TO SEVERAL PEOPLE THEY SAY IT'S TO NEW OF A CAR TO HAVE THE OIL PUMP MESS UP.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
