The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the contact was informed that the failure was not due to a manufacturing defect. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.

The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the vehicle unintendedly decelerated to 20 MPH with a message was displayed "School Zone, 20 MPH", however the contact was not driving in a School Zone during the failure.
