TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HYUNDAI TUCSON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOCKING SYSTEM STARTED TO MALFUNCTION WITH THE REAR HATCH AND FRONT PASSENGER DOOR NOT OPENING WITH THE REMOTE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD BE THE ACTUATOR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MALFUNCTION OCCURRED THREE TIMES ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2019 AND THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR OPENED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING 70 MPH. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 213,000.
