I AM TAKING IT TO THE DEALERSHIP ON WEDNESDAY SO THEY CAN EITHER ISSUE A LEMON OR FIX THE ISSUE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PROBLEM. I SEARCHED ONLINE AND SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AND DEALERS TELLING THEM "THERE IS NOTHING WRONG". *TR
ON 9/30/2011 I WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH THROUGH OUR HIGH SCHOOL PARKING LOT. MY SPACE IS DIRECTLY ALIGNED WITH A SPEED BUMP. I SLOWED DRAMATICALLY FOR THE SPEED BUMP AT THE SAME TIME I MADE THE TURN TO ENTER MY PARKING SPACE. THE CAR RESPONDED INCORRECTLY TO THE BRAKES, WHICH HAD HAPPENED TO ME ONCE BEFORE. THE CAR SURGED FORWARD, OVER A SIDEWALK, DOWN AN EMBANKMENT AND INTO A WALL. THE FIRST TIME THE CAR SURGED FORWARD LIKE THAT WAS IN 2008 AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG. THIS TIME, THE CRASH CAUSED IRREPARABLE DAMAGE AND MY CAR WAS TOTALED.
ON OCTOBER 23, 2009 I WAS DRIVING IN A PARKING STRUCTURE WITH MY INFINITI G37 2008 AND A PASSENGER. THERE WERE SEVERAL PARKING SPACES ON THE FOURTH FLOOR. THE PARKING STRUCTURE WAS VERY BUSY AND SLOW MOVING. I COASTED INTO THE PARKING SPORT SINCE I WAS DRIVING AT A CRAWL. WHEN I TOUCHED THE BRAKE LIGHT TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP THE CAR SURGED FORWARD WITH SUCH A FORCE THAT IT HIT THE WALL THAT WAS APPROXIMATELY 3 FOOT IN FRONT OF PARKING CURB. IF IT HADN'T HAVE BEEN FOR THE WALL THE CAR WOULD HAVE GONE OVER. *TR
