DEALER SAYS THERE IS NO FIX FOR IT YET, AND IT WILL TAKE MONTHS FOR THEM TO COME UP WITH A FIX. SO THE CAR JUST SITS IN MY GARAGE WHILE I KEEP MAKING LOAN PAYMENTS, IT'S UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND DEALER WON'T DO ANYTHING. LAST YEAR ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH AIRBAG, IN THAT CASE - THE DRIVER'S ONE. DELAER FIXED IT, JUST OVER A YEAR SINCE THEN THE AIRBAG LIGHT ON DASH CAME ON AGAIN, DEALER REFUSES TO FIX, SAYS THEY ONLY GUARANTEE REPAIRS FOR 12 MONTHS AND WANTS TO CHARGE FOR SAME PARTS AND LABOR AGAIN. SO PRETTY MUCH BOTH AIRBAGS IN THE CAR ARE BAD AND DEALER REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. TPMS SENSOR MALFUNCTION WARNING COMES ON AND OFF ALL THE TIME - THIS ISSUE WAS ALSO SUPPOSEDLY FIXED BY DEALER, THEY SAY THEY CAN'T TRACK THE PROBLEM AND CAN DO NOTHING MORE TO HELP. I WANT A RELIABLE AND SAFE CAR TO DRIVE, CLEARLY THIS CAN'T BE SAID ABOUT JAGUARS, MOREOVER - DEALER IS VERY INCOMPETENT, THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR OWN CARS AND INCAPABLE OF FIXING THESE CARS' CONSTANTLY REOCCURRING PROBLEMS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
