DT: THE CONTACT COMPLAINED ABOUT BRAKE PROBLEM ON 2005 JAGUAR X TYPE. WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES THE CAR WILL NOT STOP. THE CONTACT DID NOT RECALL IF THE VEHICLE MADE ANY NOISES PRIOR TO BRAKING. SHE TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER, AND THEY COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING. TOOK TWO MORE TIMES, AND THEY HAVE NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM. ALMOST HAD AN ACCIDENT THREE TIMES. THE ROAD WAS DRY ALL THREE TIMES. SHE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE COLD WEATHER . THIS HAPPENED AT ALL SPEEDS. THE CONTACT NOTICED THIS APPROXIMATELY SIX MONTHS AGO. NOTIFIED THE MANUFACTURER, AND THEY TOLD HER IF THE DEALERSHIP COULD NOT REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM THERE WAS NO PROBLEM.*AK
