THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING IN REVERSE AT LOW SPEEDS SHE NOTICED THAT THE BRAKES WOULD SQUEAK VERY LOUD. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY A DEALER WHO ADVISED HER THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE PROBLEM CONTINUED TO OCCUR AND WHEN SHE NOTIFIED THEM THEY ADVISED HER THAT IT NORMAL FOR JAGUAR BRAKES TO MAKE THAT SQUEAKING NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 15,000.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
