I HAVE A 2012 JEEP COMPASS SPORT, SINCE JULY 2013 I HAVE BEEN HAVING SPUTTERING, SURGING, ACCELERATION ISSUES. I HAVE TAKEN TO DEALER OVER 3 TIMES IT IS IN DEALER CURRENTLY. THEY HAVE PUT A TRACKER ON TO FIND ISSUE AND STILL NOTHING. WHEN I TRY TO ACCELERATE AND IT GETS BOGGED DOWN AND DOES NOT WANT TO GO ANY FURTHER THIS IS A CONCERN. ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM ENTERING HIGHWAY AND CANNOT GET PAST 59MPH WITH THE CAR. IT FEELS LIKE I AM IN A WINDTUNNEL THE LOW ACCELERATION IS INSANE. SOMETIMES IT FEELS LIKE IT DOES NOT WANT TO SHIFT. SOMETIMES IT TAKES 4-10 MINUTES JUST TO GET TO 60 MPH. I HAVE TO STAY ON THE GAS HARD JUST TO GET IT TO GO ANYWHERE MOST OF THE TIME. I HAVE HAD IN DEALER MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY JUST SAY WELL WE ARE NOT SURE. TWO WEEKS AGO I WAS GETTING ON HIGHWAY AND MY CAR JUST STAYED AT 59 MPH AND 1.5 RPMS. AND WOULD GO NO FURTHER IT DID THIS FOR 4 + MILES ON HIGHWAY. I HAD HORNS HONKING AT ME AND I WAS JUST WAITING TO GET PULLED OVER FOR GOING TO SLOW. SOUNDS AND FEELS LIKE A TRANSMISSION ISSUE. I UNDERSTAND ITS A 4 CYLINDER. BUT IT DROVE GREAT AND WONDERFULLY SMOOTH THE FIRST YEAR, THEN A WEIRD IDLE STARTED TO OCCUR RANDOMLY, THEN A LITTLE SURGE WHEN LEAVING STOP SIGNS/LIGHTS, IT SQUEAKS AND CREAKS WHEN MAKING TURNS AND CREAKS LOUDLY GOING OVER BUMPS. I WANT SOMEONE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS. CHRYSLER SEEMS TO BE IGNORING EVERY COMPLAINT AND CALL I HAVE MADE. I HAVE CONTACT JEEP VIA EMAIL AT LEAST 3 TIMES. NO ANSWERS AT ALL. SOMEONE HELP ME FIGURE THIS ISSUE OUT. I JUST WANT A SAFE VEHICLE THAT DOES NOT WANT TO STALL AT EVERY TAKE OFF FROM A STOP. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP COMPASS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE SEAT WAS DEFECTIVE AND THE COVERING FOR THE AREA UNDER THE SEAT BECAME DETACHED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN FOR REPAIRS THREE TIMES HOWEVER, THE FAILURE WAS RECURRING. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE THE FAILURE WAS CAUSING DIFFICULTY IN SECURING THE SEAT BELT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

THE DEALER CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE THE REQUIRED REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED AN UNREASONABLE ESTIMATED DATE FOR WHEN THE RECALL WOULD BE REPAIRED. THERE ARE NO FAILURES AT THIS TIME. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER TRAIN MODULE AND CORE RETURN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE REMEDY FAILED TO CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,345 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 11,792. UPDATED 12/20/13*CN
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP COMPASS, EQUIPPED WITH FIRESTONE AFFINITY TOURING TIRES, SIZE: P215/60R17. THE CONTACT STATED SHE WAS SITTING AT A STOP LIGHT WHEN THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE BECAME FLAT. THE TIRE WAS CHANGED AND THE SPARE WAS INSTALLED. THE DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE TIRE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,896.
I WAS LOADING MY TEN MONTH OLD SON INTO THE BACK PASSENGER SIDE SEAT ON A HOT DAY. THE CAR HAD BEEN PARKED IN THE SUN AND IT WAS 90 DEGREES OUTSIDE. I PUSHED THE REMOTE START ON MY KEY FOB TO GET THE CAR COOLING OFF WHILE I FINISHED FASTENING MY SON'S HARNESS AND TOSSED THE KEYS ONTO THE PASSENGER SEAT TO FREE MY HANDS. THE CAR DID NOT START BECAUSE I HAD THE DOOR OPEN, HOWEVER THE DOORS DID ALL LOCK. I REALIZED THE DOORS WERE ALL LOCKED WHEN I WENT TO OPEN THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR. IMMEDIATELY I RAN BACK INSIDE AND HAD MY MOM CALL 911 WHILE I SPRAYED COLD WATER ON THE CAR WITH A HOSE. EMERGENCY VEHICLES SHOWED UP AND HAD TO BREAK THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW IN ORDER TO GET MY SON OUT OF THE CAR. IF THE CAR IS INTUITIVE ENOUGH NOT TO START THE ENGINE WITH A DOOR OPEN IT SHOULD KNOW NOT TO LOCK ALL THE DOORS! *TR

AS I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE STREET TO THE GAS STATION, I HAD ABOUT HALF A TANK LEFT, THE CHECK BATTERY LIGHT WOULD COME ON AND MY CAR WOULD STALL OUT AS I WAS DRIVING. I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE MY CAR NOW BECAUSE THIS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES IN JANUARY WHEN THE WEATHER WAS COLD AND IT HAD JUST RAINED, AND NOW IT IS HAPPENING AGAIN IN WARM, SUNNY WEATHER. I WAS LUCKY TO NOT GET IN AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE OTHER CARS WERE RIGHT BEHIND ME AS I WAS DRIVING. I WOULD TURN MY CAR OFF, TURN IT BACK ON AND IT WOULD START, AND THEN IT WOULD JUST SHUT DOWN AGAIN AFTER A FEW HUNDRED FEET. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THEY CAN'T FIX ANYTHING UNLESS WE CAN REPLICATE THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY COULDN'T. I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ME AS I'M ON A HIGHWAY WHICH COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY, SO I AM SCARED TO DRIVE MY CAR, WHICH I SHOULDN'T BE. *TR

IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING AS THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 70 MPH. THE CONTACT ADDED FUEL TO VEHICLE AND WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE ENGINE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,950 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 12,500.

I PURCHASED THE JEEP FEBUARY 28TH 2013, FROM ORR HONDA TEXARKANA TX. I WAS NOT INFORMED THE VEHICLE HAD ANY PROBLEMS OR RECALLS AT THAT TIME. WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS OF HAVING THE VEHICLE I NOTICED THE SEAT BELTS WOULD SPONTANEOUSLY UNLOCK AND OPEN. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE SEEMED TO HAVE AN ACCELERATION PROBLEM IT WAS SLUGGISH AND SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS NOT CHANGING GEARS. WHEN I WAS STOPPED TO MAKE A TURN AND BEGAN TO TURN THE CAR STALLED ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION AND QUIT, IT STARTED BACK AND I WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF HARMS WAY. ALTHOUGH I HAVE HAD IT AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE RECALLS AND THE PROBLEMS I DESCRIBED OVER FIVE TIMES A TOTAL OF 2 FULL MONTHS COMBINED AND WAS TOLD THE RECALL ISSUES WERE RESOLVED I PICKED IT UP ON 3/15/14 FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND DROVE IT HOME, IT DIED ON ME WHILE DRIVING, I WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO THE SIDE OF THE STREET AND SAT THERE UNTIL IT STARTED AGAIN, I GOT IT HOME GOT UP TO GO TO WORK THE NEXT MORNING AND ALTHOUGH ALL LIGHTS AND ALARMS ARE WORKING IT ONLY CLICKS WHEN U TRY TO START IT. IT WILL START UP IMMEDIATELY WITH A BOOST. I HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT DRIVE IT DUE TO THE STALLING AND DYING WHILE DRIVING. I AM A PEDIATRIC HOME NURSE AND I TRANSPORT DISABLED CHILDREN SO NOT ONLY IS MY LIFE IN DANGER WITH THIS VEHICLE SO ARE THE LIVES OF THE DISABLED CHILDREN I CARE FOR DURING MY JOB. DURING THE MONTHS IT WAS IN AND OUT OF THE SHOP I MISSED SO MANY WORK DAYS I HAD TO GIVE UP MY POSITION AND START A DIFFERENT POSITION DUE TO THE LACK OF RELIABILITY OF THIS VEHICLE. I DO NOT WANT THE VEHICLE ANYMORE NOR WILL I EVER TRUST IT AGAIN! AT THIS POINT I AM PAYING OVER $600 A MONTH FOR PAYMENT AND INSURANCE ON A VEHICLE THAT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. I HAVE NEARLY A 19,000 DEBT ON THIS VEHICLE AND IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE. *TR

THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000. THE CURRENT FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000.

THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO USE THE PARKING BRAKE IN ORDER TO TEMPORARILY REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,751 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 2,759.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE WOULD SHAKE AWKWARDLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED THAT THE REAR TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED THAT THEY WOULD ONLY ASSIST WITH THE COSTS FOR ONE TIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 37,000.
THE FIRST INSTANCE OF THE VEHICLE SLOWING RAPIDLY WHEN LETTING UP ON THE GAS OCCURRED DURING RUSH HOUR ON A LOCAL PARKWAY. WHILE TRAVELLING WITH THE TRAFFIC, AT ABOUT 67 MPH, THE TRAFFIC AHEAD STARTED TO SLOW. RATHER THAN STEP ON THE BRAKE, I LIFTED MY FOOT FROM THE GAS PEDAL. ALMOST IMMEDIATELY THE CAR BEGAN TO QUICKLY DECELERATE. IT HAPPENED SO FAST THAT THE PERSON BEHIND ME ALMOST HIT ME. THEY PROCEDED TO GO AROUND ME AND PULLED ABRUPTLY IN FRONT OF ME AND BRAKED. HE MUST HAVE THOUGHT I DID IT INTENTIONALLY. THIS HAD BEEN HAPPENING AT SLOWER SPEEDS AND THE SERVICE PERSONNEL AT THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO DRIVE THE CAR MORE MILES AS THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. ONE TECH EVEN SAID THAT THIS IS THE WAY THE CVT WORKS AND I'D HAVE TO GET USED TO IT. A SIMILAR INCIDENT OCCURRED ON THE PARKWAY ABOUT A MONTH LATER. THIS TIME THE OUTCOME WASN'T AS SEVERE AS THE INITIAL OCCURRENCE. TRAFFIC WAS A LITTLE LIGHTER BUT MOVING JUST AS QUICKLY. I RETURNED TO THE DEALER FOR SERVICE AND THAT IS WHERE THE CAR IS NOW. THEY CANNOT DUPLICATE OR FIND ANY FAILURE CODES FOR THE PROBLEM. AGAIN, A NEW SERVICE ASSISTANT TOLD ME THAT THAT IS HOW THE CVT WORKS. I INFORMED HIM AS I HAD INFORMED THE OTHERS THAT I HAVE DRIVEN VEHICLES WITH THE CVT AND IT IS NOT HOW THEY WORK. HAVING BEEN A MECHANIC FOR A GOOD PART OF MY LIFE, I DARE SAY THAT I FEEL AS THOUGH I AM RISKING MINE WHEN DRIVING THIS VEHICLE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. *TR
WINDSHIELD WIPERS GO OFF FOR NO APPARENT REASON. SOMETIMES WHEN I TURN RIGHT, SOMETIMES WHEN I TURN LEFT, SOMETIMES JUST WHEN I"M GOING STRAIGHT. THEY GO OFF MOSTLY ONCE, SOMETIMES 2 TO 4 TIMES. IT HAPPENS MORE IN WARMER WEATHER. IN WINTER THEY GO OF RANDOMLY EVERY 20 TO 400 MILES. NOW THAT ITS WARM THEY GO OFF RANDOMLY EVERY 1 TO 10 MILES (EVEN MULTIPLE TIMES). BEEN TO THE DEALER TWICE AND I'M BRINGING IT BACK FOR A THIRD TIME. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP COMPASS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING 70 MPH AT HIGH ALTITUDE, THE VEHICLE WOULD STALLS BUT WHEN DRIVING IN LOWER ALTITUDES IT WOULD NOT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE A FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT A REPRESENTATIVE WOULD CONTACT HIM WITHIN A FEW DAYS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000.
WHILE DRIVING AT 70 MPH ON I 90, I ADJUSTED MY POSTURE, SLIGHTLY ELEVATING MY HIPS AND LEANING BACK AGAINST THE SEATBACK, WHEREUPON THE SEATBACK SUDDENLY COLLAPSED BACKWARD, LEAVING ME LOOKING AT THE CEILING. FORTUNATELY I WAS VIRTUALLY ALONE ON THE ROAD AND WAS ABLE TO QUICKLY RECOVER MY UPRIGHT POSITION WITHOUT LOSS OF CONTROL. I STOPPED AND EXAMINED THE SEATBACK ADJUSTMENT AND DISCOVERED THAT THE SEATBELT HAD INTRUDED BETWEEN THE SEAT AND THE ADJUSTMENT LEVER IN SUCH A WAY THAT MY UPWARD MOTION DISENGAGED THE LEVER SO THAT MY BACKWARD PRESSURE ALLOWED THE SEAT TO RECLINE. *TR
I PURCHASED MY COMPASS IN JUNE & 2 MONTHS LATER WITH MILEAGE BEING460 I TOOK A TRIP TO VIRGINIA FROM NJ 3 HOURS INTO THE TRIP DRIVING ON RTE 66 WHICH IS A VERY BUSY HIGHWAY 18 WHEELER TRUCKS FLYING BY. THE CAR SHUT DOWN & I PULL TO THE SIDE BUT THERE IS NO SHOULDER ON THAT HIGHWAY SO I WAS STUCK UP AGAINST A CEMENT WALL AROUND A BEND OF CARS FLYING BY BLARING THEIR HORNS AT ME. LUCKILY STATE TROOPERS WERE THERE ON THE OTHER SIDE FOR AN ACCIDENT THERE WAS SCREAMING AT US TO MOVE BECAUSE THAT WAS A VERY DANGEROUS SPOT TODAY WE YELLED BACK THE CAR WILL NOT START. ONE OF THE STATE TROOPERS PAIN BEHIND US WITH THEIR LIGHTS AND WE HAD TO WAIT ON A TOW TRUCK AND TAXI CAB FOR US TO GET TO THE HOTEL. THE VEHICLE WAS LEFT AT A SUNOCO STATION AS A CAB DROVE AROUND LOOKING FOR A HOTELAVAILABLE. THE NEXT MORNING WE WENT TO THE SUNOCO AND THEY SAID THE CAR STARTED AS SOON AS I GOT THERE THEY DID A DIAGNOSTIC AND NOTHING WAS WRONG. I DROVE THE CAR ANOTHER TWO AND A HALF HOURS TO MY DESTINATION AND WENT TO THE JEEP DEALER THERE. THEY KEPT THE CAR ALL DAY AND FOUND NOTHING WRONG BUT YET IT STALLED ON ME TWICE AND WOULD NOT RESTART. I WAS PETRIFIED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE BACK HOME WHICH WAS A SIX HOUR TRIP SO I HANDED IN THE COMPASS TO THE DEALER WHERE I HAD TRAVELED TO AND HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE AND COME OUT OF POCKET $5,000. I TRIED TO FIGHT THE DEALER THAT SOLD IT TO ME & BACK AND FORTH CHRYSLER CORP. THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO PAY MY TOWING FEE OR MY HOTEL FEES. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY TYPE OF CREDIT & I HAD PROOF OF EVERYTHING THAT HAD HAPPENED. NOW I SEE ALL THESE PEOPLE COMPLAINING OF THIS SITUATION. WE COULD'VE BEEN KILLED ON THAT HIGHWAY THAT HAD NO SHOULDER GOD WAS DEFINITELY WITH US. & THEIR REPRESENTATIVES AT JEEP DIDN'T EVEN CARE. I'M NOW A NERVOUS DRIVER & DO NOT LIKE TO TAKE ANY TRIPS. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS TOOK A TOLL ON MY LIFE.
I PARKED MY JEEP COMPASS TO PICK UP MY SON AT SCHOOL, THEN WHEN I RETURNED AND TRY TO START THE ENGINE, THE VEHICLE COULD NOT START, THE ENGINE DIED. I CALLED THE CRANE AND THEY TOWED MY VEHICLE TO THE CHRYSLER AGENCY IN CIUDAD DEL CARMEN, CAMPECHE, MEXICO AND THAT WAS RECEIVED ON 12-JULY-2012. THE AGENCY RESPOND TO ME THAT THE FAIL WAS IN THE (INTEGRATED POWER MODULE = IPM) AND REQUIRE 15 DAYS FOR ASK THE PART TO THE PLANT AND TIME TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. I AM REPORTING THIS SITUATION, BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS MANUFACTURED IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND TO ME IS CRITICAL BECAUSE THIS FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING AND THE VEHICLE THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START, THE ENGINE PRACTICALLY DIED, AS THE (IPM - INTEGRATED POWER MODULE) FAILS AND DID NOT SEND VOLTAGE TO THE PUMP GAS AND THEREFORE NOT IGNITED THE VEHICLE. I BELIEVE THAT THIS FAILURE IS CRITICAL BECAUSE IT COULD HAVE HAPPENED IN A PLACE WHERE IT COULD PUT PASSENGERS AT RISK, IF IT OCCURS ON THE ROAD OR IN A PLACE AWAY FROM THE POPULATION, LEAVING HELPLESS PASSENGERS. MAYBE YOU CAN INVESTIGATE MORE AND VERIFY WHAT HAPPEN, AND ALERT THE OTHER USERS AND OWNERS OF JEEP COMPASS 2012. TO AVOID PUT IN RISK THE OWNERS AND THE PASSENGERS AND THE USERS. PERISTENT AND GROWING SMELL OF GAS. TOOK IT TO THE AGENCY FOR CHECKING. CAME BACK TWICE THAT DAY TO GET THE CAR, I WAS ASSURED THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN FIXED AND A VALVE REPLACED. THE STRONG SMELL OF GAS LEAKING INSIDE THE CAR PERSISTS. *TR

AN AUTHORIZED DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE MANUFACTURER WAS SENDING ONLY ONE REMEDY PART AT A TIME TO THE DEALER AND THEY DID NOT KNOW THE EXPECTED DATE FOR THE NEXT PART TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCE FAILURE.

THE FIRST TIME, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF I DROVE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND IT WAS CHECKED AND RETURNED, 2 WEEKS LATER THE LIGHT TURNED ON AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, SOME OIL APPLIED TO THE CONNECTORS AND RETURNED. YESTERDAY, THE LIGHT WENT OFF AGAIN WHILE DRIVING AT 50MPH, THE VEHICLE STOPPED ABRUPTLY, THE STEERING WHEEL DIDN'T MOVE AND THE ENGINE STOPPED. UPON TRYING TO RESTART THE IGNITION, IT KEPT STARTING BY ITSELF OVER AND OVER. NOW YOU CAN'T ACCEL THE VEHICLE WHILE IN DRIVE. THE RIGHT STRUT WAS REPLACED ON FEB 2012 BECAUSE IT BROKE. *TR

THE DEALER PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC TEST, BUT WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE A FAILURE CODE. THE VEHICLE WAS TEST DRIVEN, BUT THE FAILURE DID NOT DUPLICATE. THE DEALER ADJUSTED THE GEAR SHIFTER LEVER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 336.
STARTED AROUND AUGUST 16,2014. WHEN DRIVING I WOULD MAKE A RIGHT HAND TURN THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT WILL COME ON AND STAY ON FOR 2 BLOCKS WHEN THE ROAD IS DRY AND THE JEEP WOULD START BUCKING AND IT WILL POWER DOWN AND SHUT OFF. THIS HAPPENS AT THE SAME ROAD ALL THE TIME. WHEN IT STARTS BUCKING AND POWERING DOWN IT SHUTS OFF AND I CAN NOT STEER THE JEEP. I ALMOST GOT IN ACCIDENTS WHEN THIS HAPPENS. WE TOOK THE JEEP TO SAVAGE 61 FOR THEM TO CHECK, THEY CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG, WE ALSO CONTACTED CHRYSLER CORPORATION AND FILED A COMPLAINT. THEY SAID CALL SAVAGE 61 AND HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT. WELL WE DID THAT AGAIN THEY HAD THE JEEP FOR OVER A MONTH AND CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. NO CODES OR ANYTHING COME UP. IN TOTAL IT IS ABOUT OVER 2 MONTHS IN TIME THIS KEEPS HAPPENING. I FEEL THIS IS SAFETY ISSUE I COULD GET HURT IN A BAD ACCIDENT. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME.
