THE FRONT CONTROL ARM ON HER TIRES, WHICH IS THE SUSPENSION ON HER VEHICLE, IS CLICKING. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE IS UNKNOWN. THE VEHICLE IS UNABLE TO BE DRIVEN AND WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIR. THE DEALER HAS REPLACED THE CONTROL ARM MORE THAN ONCE, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 37,000.
