THE TIRES ARE VERY NOISY PARTICULARLY AT LOW SPEEDS AND THE REAR TIRES ARE AT 4/32" DEPTH AT 22,500 MILES. CAN YOU ADVISE ME IF THESE TIRES ARE PART OF A RECALL? THANKS FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME.
