THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE PURCHASED TWO FRONT TIRES DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE AND WITHIN THREE MONTHS THE TIRES EXHIBITED TREAD WEAR PREMATURELY AND CRACKING. THE TIRES WAS PURCHASE 1/30/2010. THE REMAINING TREAD DEPTH WAS 5 AND THE MILEAGE ON THE TIRES WAS ONLY 6,300. THERE WAS NO TIRE IMPACT SUCH AS POTHOLE OR OTHER ROAD HAZARDS THAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE AND INFORMED HIM TO RETURN THEM TO THE DEALER WHERE THE TIRES WERE PURCHASED. THE FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 35,000.
