THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS WERE VERY DIM... THE RESON THAT THEY WERE DIM WAS THE SMALL YELLOW FRONT MARKER LIGHT (194 BULB) HAD BURNED OUT.. THE VEHICLE HAD VERY LIMITED LIGHTING WHEN ON LOW BEAM... THERE IS NO INDICATION THAT ANY PROBLEM EXSITS OTHER THAN THE DIM BULBS... I BELIEVE THAT THE GROUNDING CURCUIT FOR THE LOW BEAMS IS FEED THRU THE SIDE MARKER BULBS... THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PROBLEM. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE HAD NO IDEA OF HOW LONG THE LIGHTS HAD BEEN DIM...
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 KIA SEDONA EX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT UPON INSPECTION, HE NOTICED THAT THE BRAKE LIGHTS FAILED TO OPERATE INTERMITTENTLY. THE ESC WARNING LIGHT SWITCH ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE WAS STUCK IN PARK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 58,158.
