Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)MY SON WAS IN A COLLISION, HE REAR ENDED SOMEONE, THE WHOLE DRIVERS SIDE IN TOTALLY CAVED IN AND THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.
MY WIFE'S KIA AND MANY OF THE OTHER CARS AND TRUCKS I SEE ON THE ROAD HAVE PLASTIC HEADLIGHT HOUSINGS. AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME THE PLASTIC BECOMES MILKY AND THE LIGHT EMITTED IS NOT ENOUGH TO SEE. I THINK THE MANUFACTURES SHOULD BE FORCED TO REPLACE THE HEADLAMP HOUSINGS FOR SAFETY REASONS. IF THEY WOULD HAVE MADE THEM OUT OF GLASS LIKE THE ONES ON MY JEEP THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. *JB
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
