Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)AFTER APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH OF OPERATION, I NOTICED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE REAR VIEW MIRROR VIBRATED CONSTANTLY MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO VIEW TRAFFIC TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE DRIVER. THE SENSATION IS SIMILAR TO FOCUSING ON AN OBJECT WHILE BEING TOSSED TO AND FRO. I HAVE MADE MANY REQUESTS TO THE DEALER TO HAVE THE SITUATION REPAIRED TO NO AVAIL. I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A COMPLAINT THROUGH THE STATES LEMON LAW STATUTE. SEVERAL CUSTOMERS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE MIRROR AND NONE HAVE RECEIVED ANY ASSISTANCE. I HAVE RECEIVED CONFLICTING RESPONSES FROM TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATED WITH LAND ROVER. THESE RESPONSES INCLUDE MECHANICAL DEFECTS, JUST MY PERSONAL PROBLEM, AND ENGINEERING DESIGN DEFECT.*AK
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
