Experiencing this in my 2015 NX 200t today made me feel unsafe, as the vents were blowing out extremely hot air. And during hot Texas weather that is unsafe, and I have children that I have in the car with me at times. The Lexus dealership in Grapevine Texas is asking for $2,600+ to fix servo motor 1 and 2 after they ran diagnostics. It seems as if a vehicle that was in the same year and is experiencing the same exact issue as other vehicles in that year should also be covered as those that got it fixed under Lexus’ warranty.
