Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)My wife was backing out of a parking space and her car did not give a warning nor did it stop as she hit another parked car. Damage to both cars was substantial and if the car was operating properly she should NOT have been able to hit another car in the manner she did. The car has been recalled for similar problems. I filed a complaint with Lexus who did an investigation and indicate there was no problem with the system. I can only say that if a person was behind the car she would have most likely run them down. The car DID NOT STOP as it was supposed to.
