DRIVER'S SIDE SHOULDER HARNESS HAS PLASTIC COVER THAT IS ATTACHED TO STRUCTURE. TWO CLAMPS THAT HOLD COVER BROKE. ONCE THIS COMES OFF FUNCTIONING OF HARNESS IS AFFECTED, RENDERING FUNCTIONALITY/MOBILITY OF BELT. SHOULDER HARNESS WILL BIND/ STICK, AND CAUSE A DISTRACTION TO DRIVER, BEING AN ANNOYANCE.
