The contact was able to restart the vehicle. The contact stated that the local dealer picked up the vehicle from her residence and drove to their location, where it was diagnosed with needing updates on the brakes to be completed. The vehicle was repaired but experience the failure for a second time. The contact took the vehicle again to the dealer, but the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired but was pending the repairs. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 12,000.
