THIS IS A MAJOR DISTRACTION AND IN TRAFFIC COULD CAUSE YOU TO MISS SEEING A VEHICLE BESIDE YOU. THESE STRIPS NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH THE FAUX WOOD LOOK ON SOME OF THE MKC MODELS. CAN'T BELIEVE THEY NEVER NOTICED THIS IN THE DESIGN PROCESS. IS NOTICABLE WHEN PARKED OR IN MOTION. HAPPENS EVERYDAY IF THE SUN IS SHINING
