The contact stated that she purchased brake fluid and had filled the reservoir however, the brake pedal failed to return to the normal position. The brake functionality did not return. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed and determined that the power brake booster and brake master cylinder needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
