THE FRONT PASSENGER SUSTAINED A CONCUSSION AND THE REAR PASSENGER SUSTAINED A BROKEN JAW. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTO SHOP WHERE IT WAS DEEMED AS DESTROYED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.

THE CONTACT WAS FORCED TO SHIFT GEAR INTO NEUTRAL TO STOP THE VEHICLE AND DEACTIVATE THE CRUISE CONTROL. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED BY THE DEALER AND THERE WERE NO PRIOR WARNINGS. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 49,000.
WHILE PULLING INTO A PARKING SPACE VEHICLE COMMENCED TO ACCELERATE. VEHICLE LURCHED FORWARD AND RAN UP AN EMBANKMENT. NO INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO REPORT. VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP, AND MECHANIC COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. CONSUMER WILL BE TAKING THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER.*AK..*AK
