NHTSA Owner Complaint Log
This page lists owner-reported complaints filed with NHTSA for the 2017 Maserati Granturismo. Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA and do not by themselves prove a defect or defect rate.
BLUETOOTH HANDS FREE CALLING MALFUNTION IN DASH HANDS FREE BLUETOOTH SYSTEM NOT WORKING . WILL NOT RECEIVE PHONE CALLS. WILL ERRATICALLY PRODUCE LOUD 'HISS' AND/OR 'STATIC' SOUNDS . AUDIO SYSTEM ICON ON DASH INDICATES THAT BLUETOOTH IS CONNECTED AND HAS STRONG SIGNAL CONNECTION. HAVE TRIED TO CONNECT WITH MULTIPLE CELLULAR DEVICES WITH SAME RESULT. DEALERSHIP ATTEMPTED TO SERVICE . STATED MASERATI NORTH AMERICA IS AWARE OF A WIDESPREAD ISSUE, AND THEY CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE A CORRECTIVE ACTION TO FIX. I BELIEVE THIS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN AND IT'S UNSAFE TO USE A WIRELESS PHONE WHILE DRIVING , IN ADDITION TO IT BEING ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA . THE DISTRACTION ON THE INTERMITTENT CONNECTION AND ERRATIC LOUD NOISES ALSO CAN BE DANGEROUS.
