IN CALIFORNIA , AS I PULLED AWAY FROM A RED LIGHT INTERSECTION AND I DECIDED TO DO A PASSING MANUEVER ON THE VEHICLE NEXT TO ME I FULLY DEPPRESED THE GAS PEDAL ALL THE WAY AND FELT THE GAS PEDAL GIVE THE RIGHT AND MOVED TO THE LEFT AND QUICKLY LOST FEELING OF GAS PEDAL AND BECAME A SAFETY ISSUE AS A PULLED OVER I NOTICED THE DAMAGED GAS PEDAL ASSEMBLY. TOOK THE VEHICLE THE NEXT DAY AND THE LOOKED AT IT AND SEEN THE DAMAGE. THEY SAID THEY NEVER SEEN A ISSUE LIKE THIS BEFORE, I BELIEVE THIS IS A SAFETY CONCERN FOR ANY DRIVER.
