HAD RECALL FOR DEFECTIVE AIRBAGS. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER AND THEY REPLACED BOTH DRIVERS SIDE AND PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAGS. I HAVE RECEIVED SECOND RECALL NOTICE TO HAVE THE PASSENGER SIDE REPLACED AGAIN AS THE ONE THEY ORIGINALLY REPLACED IT WITH IS DEFECTIVE TO. IF THE PASSENGER SIDE IS DEFECTIVE THEN SO THE DRIVERS SIDE IS TO. WANT TO KNOW WHY DRIVERS SIDE ISN'T GOING TO BE REPLACED.

LOCATED IN ZONE A - RECEIVED MULTIPLE NOTICES IN MAIL SINCE 2016. - MAZDA WEBSITE DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE A RECALL EXISTS WHEN TRYING TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT - THEY ACKNOWLEDGE IT WHEN PHONED IN - RECALL ALWAYS QUOTED TO TAKE A DAY, WITH NO ALTERNATE TRANSPORT AVAILABLE. DESPITE MAILER SAYING FREE ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT AVAILABLE. I'VE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES. - I NEED A VEHICLE - ALWAYS. RIGHT NOW MY CHOICE IS TO CONTINUE DRIVING MY CAR (AT RISK OF 'SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH') OR LOSE MY LIVELIHOOD.

TAKATA RECALL 8 MONTHS SINCE THE FIRST LETTER HAS BEEN SENT TO ME NOTIFYING ME THAT THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG. I HAVE NOW RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT NO ONE SHOULD RIDE IN MY PASSENGER SEAT DUE TO THE RECALL. MAZDA HAS NOT PROVIDED THIS FIX IN A TIMELY MANNER AND NOW I HAVE LOST THE ABILITY TO DRIVE A PASSENGER IN MY VEHICLE.

TAKATA RECALL I GET A LETTER EVERY YEAR THAT THERE IS A RECALL BUT THAT THE "REMEDY" IS NOT AVAILABLE. THERE IS NO PROJECTION OF WHEN MY REMEDY WILL BE AVAILABLE. MEANWHILE MY VEHICLE HAS LOWER RESALE VALUE, IS GETTING OLDER AND I REMAIN AT RISK. WHILE 31% OF AT RISK VEHICLES HAVE RECEIVED SOME KIND OF REMEDY, THE RATE OF REMEDY APPEARS TO BE SLOWING DOWN. FIVE YEARS AFTER THE RECALL, I MIGHT HAVE A 50/50 CHANCE OF GETTING A REMEDY. I BELIEVE THERE IS A GOOD POSSIBILITY THAT MY VEHICLE WILL BE IN THE JUNK YARD BEFORE A REMEDY IS OFFERED. SEEMS LIKE A GOOD PLAN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY TO MAKE THE REPAIR. WHERE IS THE DIRECTIVE TO SERVE THE PUBLIC? YES, 7 MILLION AIRBAGS SOUNDS BUSY. KENNEDY'S MOON PROGRAM WAS COMPLETED IN 8 YEARS 2 MONTHS.

DRIVER AIR BAG INFLATOR SAFETY RECALL 8215F. I'M HAVING AN ISSUE GETTING IT REPLACED. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AT MAZDA DEALER BEACH MAZDA MYRTLE BEACH BY PHONE, CAME THERE TO GET THE CAR FIXED, BUT IT TURNED OUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART AVAILABLE, THEN THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD ORDER IT FOR ME AND CALL ME BACK TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AGO, I'M STILL WAITING.

I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL RECALL LETTERS REGARDING THE DEFECTIVE DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIRBAGS. IT'S BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE I RECEIVED LETTER FROM MAZDA REGARDING ONE AIRBAG. WITHIN THOSE TWO YEARS, MY MAZDA DEALER STILL STATES THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOURCE PARTS FOR THE RECALL, TWO YEARS AFTER FIRST NOTICE. RECEIVED LETTER FROM MAZDA REGARDING PASSENGER AIRBAG RECALL (NOW TWO RECALLS). LOCAL MAZDA DEALER STILL STATES MAZDA HQS HAS NOT PROVIDED THEM WITH REQUIRED PARTS TO FIX BOTH RECALLS. WILL BE WRITING A LETTER TO BBB REGARDING MAZDA CORPORATE'S FAILED FULFILLMENT OF A POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING RECALL THAT HAS SIMPLY BEEN BRUSHED UNDER THE RUG WITH NO CONCERN OF THE PUBLIC'S SAFETY.
