TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 MAZDA TRIBUTE. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO OPEN THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW, BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO ROLL IT DOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE WINDOW MOTOR FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED, BUT THE DEALER PERMANENTLY FASTENED THE WINDOW SO THAT IT REMAINED CLOSED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON BOTH REAR WINDOWS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
