SINCE THE VERY FIRST DAY OF PURCHASING THE VEHICLE, THERE WAS AN INTERMITTENT SCRAPPING NOISE THAT COULD BE HEARD WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN AT IDLE SPEED, THE NOISE DISAPPEARED WHEN GENTLE PRESSURE WAS APPLIED TO THE BRAKE AND THE NOISE WOULD COME BACK AGAIN AFTER THE BRAKE WAS RELEASED. *BF THE DEALER DID ADMIT THAT THEY HEARD PROBLEM, BUT WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE CONSUMER, HOWEVER WHILE DRIVING, THE CONSUMER HEARD A LOUD NOISE FOLLOWED BY A HORRIBLE AND SCRAPPING SOUND WHEN SUDDENLY THE CONSUMER LOST COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, THE CONSUMER COULD STILL HEAR THE METAL SOUNDS COMING FROM THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL. WHEN THE CONSUMER GOT OUT OF THE VEHICLE,HE SAW THAT THE WHEEL WAS NOT ALIGNED. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT 4 OF THE 6 STUDS WERE MISSING. *JB
