THE BUTTONS ON THE REMOTE ARE NOT RECESSED AND CAN BECOME DEPRESSED FROM BEING IN YOUR POCKET OR BY LEANING AGAINST SOMETHING WITH THE KEYS IN YOUR POCKET.
