EVERYTHING IN THE VEHICLE SHAKES VIOLENTLY. THE SEATS AND THE HOOD MOST NOTICEABLY SHAKE. I'VE STOPPED BEFORE TO CHECK THAT IT WAS LATCHED OUT OF FEAR OF THE HOOD OPENING WHILE I'M DRIVING. THE SHAKING IS NOT AS BAD WHEN THE TIRES ARE ROTATED BUT IT EVENTUALLY RETURNS WITHIN A FEW WEEKS. IT HAS DONE THIS SINCE I PURCHASED IT. THE CAR HAS APPROXIMATELY 23,000 MILES ON IT.

ALSO, THE DOME LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND THE RED AND YELLOW PASSENGER DOOR AJAR WARNING SENSOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY WOULD ESCALATE THE ISSUE AND GET BACK WITH THE CONTACT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 5,900.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 NISSAN ROGUE. WHILE DRIVING AND MAKING A RIGHT OR LEFT TURN, THE VEHICLE MADE A KNOCKING NOISE FROM THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SUSPENSION STRUT MOUNT, BEARING, AND BOTH SIDE COILS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. IN ADDITION, WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE PULLED TO THE LEFT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,796.

WHEN I TURN TO THE LEFT OR THE RIGHT MY VEHICLE MAKES A POPPING AND CRACKING NOISE SOUNDS LIKE THE WHEEL IS GOING TO FALL OFF.THIS CAR WAS BRAND NEW NO MIKES TOOK IT TO THE DEALER WAS SCARED TO DRIVE IT TO NORTH CAROLINA THE STATED IT WAS THE STRUTS AND IT WOULD TAKE 1 WEEK BEFORE THE PART WOULD BE IN AND GAVE ME A RENTAL AT NISSN WESLEY CHAPEL I TOOK IT ON AUGUST 16TH NO ONE CALLED ME I RETURNED ON THE 22 THEY STATED THIS ISN'T THE FIRST CAR LIKE THIS I CALLED CONSUMER REPORT AND THEY SAID THEY ARE AWARE OF THE SITUATION AFTER CALLING NISSAN BACK BUT THEY ASSURE ME I CAN STILL DRIVE THE CAR I STATED NOPE AND THE MECHANIC CALLED ME ON THE 23 AND STATED WE CALLED CORPORATE OR ETC AND SOMEONE WILL BE OUT THEY DON'T HAVE A TIME FAME I TOLD HIM THEY CAN TAKE THE CAR BACK AND GIVE ME ANOTHER VEHICLE I WAS CALLED ON THE 8TH AND THEY STATED THE SAME THING THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE REPLACED THE STRUTS OR ETC BUT AFTER A WEEK IT MAKE THE SAME NOISE THEN I ASK FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE IN WHICH THEY OFFERED BUT ONCE I FOUND A CAR THEY CAME BACK TO TELL ME OOH YOU HAVE NO EQUITY SO THEY CAN'T DO IT THEY WAS GONNA BUY MY CAR AND RESTART EVERYTHING BUT THEY WILL BUY MY CAR FOR LESS AND SORRY BUT BASICALLY TO DO WHAT I NEED TO AFTER STATING I WOULD DO THE LEMON LAW I HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR I PURCHASED ON THE 6 NOT TO MENTION WE PURCHASED 2 CAR FROM THERE WITHIN 2 WEEKS TO BE SCREWED WITH THE ROGUE
WHEN TURNING THE VEHICLE WHILE PARKING IT MAKES A CLICKING NOISE. THE NOISE CAN ALSO BE FELT IN THE STEERING WHEEL. IT STARTED 2 WEEKS AFTER WE PURCHASED IT. IT'S SIMILAR TO A BROKEN CV JOINT NOISE. THIS IS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE AND THE DEALER STATED "WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR IT, BUT IT'S SAVE TO DRIVE." IF ONE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IT IS, HOW CAN THEY SAY IT'S SAFE TO DRIVE? I'VE CONTACTED NISSAN'S CONSUMER COMPLAINT LINE AND THEY'RE STICKING WITH THE SAME NARRATIVE.
CAR FEELS LIKE SOMEONE IS PUSHING GAS PEDAL AN LETTING GO DURING SLOW 30 MPH. DEALER SAID NORMAL. HEATER WOLD WORK ON HEAT AFTER MOTOR WAS HEATED APPROX AFTER TEN MINUTES DRVING TIME AN COULD HEAR IT KICK IN AFTERWARDS. DEALER REPLACED PARTS. STILL SAME ISSUES.DEALER TECH SAID NORMAL. I HAVE OLD CAR SITTING OUTSIDE HEATS WITHIN SECONDS. TAKES THIS ONE TEN MINUTES OR MORE DRIVE TIME TO HEAT EVEN THOUGH IT'S GARAGE KEPT..HOOD CONSTANTLY BOUNCES FOR NEW CAR. DEALER MADE ADJUSTMENTS TWICE. STILL SAME ISSUE. JUNKIEST CHEAP CAR I EVER OWNED AN WISH HADN'T PURCHASED IT!

I HAVE LESS THAN 1700 MILES ON MY 2016 NISSAN ROGUE AND AM EXPERIENCING A NOISE WHEN TURNING STEERING WHEEL TO THE RIGHT. TOOK IT TO THE DEALER WHERE I RECEIVED MULTIPLE DIFFERENT STORIES BUT ULTIMATELY IT IS AN IDENTIFIED PROBLEM THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON AT THE FACTORY LEVEL. NEW PARTS NEED TO BE MANUFACTURED AT THE FACTORY LEVEL HOWEVER THERE IS NO TIME LINE TO WHEN THEY WILL HAVE A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. THEY THINK IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH A BOLT ON THE STRUT.

THE NISSAN ROGUE HAS A VIBRATION ON THE LEFT SIDE. CAN BE FELT WHEN HOLDING THE STEERING WHEEL. BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION AT THE DEALERSHIP 3 TIMES MORE THAN A YEAR AGO. LAST TIME THEY SAID THERE WILL BE A RECALL ON THIS ISSUE AS MY VEHICLE IS AFFECTED. AFTER CHECKING W/DEALERSHIP A FEW MORE TIMES, THERE IS STILL NO NEWS OF GETTING THIS RESOLVED. THIS HAPPENS WHILE I'M DRIVING AND IT MAKES ME NAUSEOUS.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS REPAIRED AGAIN, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 2,450.
I BOUGHT MY NISSAN ROGUE JUNE 25, 2016 AND TWO WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE IT BEGAN TO MAKE A CLICKING NOISE AT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WHEEL OR STEERING WHEEL. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I PURCHASED IT BUT THEY CANNOT TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG AND THEY HAVE STATED THAT ITS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH NISSAN NORTH AMERICA AND THAT I WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NISSAN NORTH AMERICA GIVES THEM DIRECTION ON HOW TO FIX IT. I HAVE CONTACTED CONSUMER'S AFFAIRS AND NISSAN NORTH AMERICA AND AM AWAITING A CALL BACK FROM THEM AS WELL. EVERY TIME I TURN LEFT OR RIGHT THERE IS A CLICKING NOISE WHICH CAN BE HEARD FROM THE BACK AND PASSENGER SIDE. THE VEHICLE ONLY HAD 800 MILES ON IT WHEN THE NOISE STARTED.
THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG WILL NOT SHOW ACTIVATED UNDER A CERTAIN CONDITION. THE CONDITION IS - IF THE DRIVER BUCKLES IN AND STARTS THE CAR AND PUTS IT IN GEAR BEFORE A 115# PASSENGER GETS IN AND BUCKLES IN, THE AIR BAG ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WILL NOT ACTIVATE. I HAVE TO STOP THE CAR AND TURN IT OFF AND RESTART TO GET THE AIRBAG TO ACTIVATE. NISSAN IN TENNESSEE(800-877-647-7261, CASE #22914533) SAYS THIS IS NORMAL. I FIND THIS TO BE DANGEROUS, PLEASE ADVISE.. A SIMPLE SOLUTION IS TO WRITE IN TO SENSE A SEAT BELT CONNECTION AND ACTIVATE THE AIRBAG.
MY VEHICLE WAS RECALLED FOR AN AIRBAG SENSOR PROBLEM. I BROUGHT IT IN FOR THE REPAIR AND NOW THE AIRBAG 'OFF'' LIGHT FOR THE PASSENGER SEAT IS ON. I CALLED MY DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THAT NOW THE AIRBAG LIGHT WILL STAY ON UNTIL A PASSENGER WEIGHING 120 LBS OR MORE SITS IN THE SEAT. THE AIRBAGS WILL NOT DEPLOY IF SOMEONE UNDER 120 LBS SITS IN THE SEAT.. THEY DIDN'T MENTION THIS WHEN I WAS IN FOR THE RECALL AND IT SEEMS QUITE DANGEROUS. THE MANUAL INDICATES THERE IS A PROBLEM IF THE LIGHT IS STILL ON 10 SECONDS AFTER STARTING THE CAR. THEY TOLD ME TO DISREGARD THAT IT WILL NOW BE ON UNTIL SOMEONE OVER 120 LBS. SITS IN THE SEAT. CAN THIS BE RIGHT? IF SO THEY NEED TO TELL PEOPLE THAT THERE'S NO AIRBAG FOR PEOPLE UNDER 120LBS. A LOT OF ADULTS WEIGH LESS THAN 120LBS AND I'M SURE NOT MANY PEOPLE ARE AWARE THAT THEY HAVE NO AIRBAG PROTECTION. THANKS FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.
I LEASED A 2016 NISSAN ROGUE AND FROM DAY ONE NOTICED THAT THE CHROME COLORED A/C VENTS REFLECT OFF SIDE WINDOWS. THIS CAUSES A CONSTANT VIEW OF THE VENTS RIGHT IN LINE WITH SIDE VIEW MIRRORS. I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTO. I ASKED NISSAN TO REPLACE VENT COVERS OR PAINT THEM. THEY SAID ONLY AT MY EXPENSE. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED. I HAVE ALREADY SWERVED A FEW TIMES TRYING TO CHANGE LANES. IT APPEARED THERE WAS SOMETHING NEXT TO MY VEHICLE.

The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, there was an abnormal sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. The contact stated that the vehicle would shudder while driving 60 MPH. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed however, no issues were found. The failure reoccurred while driving. Additionally, the contact stated that the steering wheel was shaking whenever he depressed the accelerator pedal. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where an unknown repair was completed; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10.
WHEN FIRST ACCELERATING AND BEGINS TO TURN VEHICLE MAKES CLACKING / KNOCKING NOISE. THE SERVICE CENTER MANAGER TOLD ME THAT MY CAR IS THE SECOND WITH THIS PROBLEM. THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME THAT MORE THAN 35 ( MADE IN KOREA) SOLD BY HIM ( OR IN THAT DEALER) HAVE THE SAME SITUATION. UNTIL NOW NISSAN DOES'NT HAVE A SOLUTION...!!! THIS PROBLEM OCCURRED SINCE THE FIRST DAY ...8 MILES...

THE VEHICLE RECEIVED DAMAGE TO THE FRONT BUMPER, RADIATOR, AIR VENT, THE COMPRESSOR TO THE AIR CONDITIONER, AND UNDERCARRIAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED ARM, SHOULDER, AND NECK INJURIES. THE FRONT PASSENGER RECEIVED HEAD, NECK, SHOULDER, BACK, AND KNEE INJURIES. THE REAR PASSENGER RECEIVED NECK INJURIES. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED FOR THE DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER OF THE VEHICLE. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A BODY REPAIR SHOP. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. AIR BAG RECALL
WHEN THE CAR IS ON AND I TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER, THE INTERIOR MAKES ME VERY SICK. SOMETHING ABOUT THE CARS INTERIOR MAKES ME VERY SICK. CAUSES HEADACHES, EYE PROBLEMS, SWOLLEN THROAT AND MAKES ME DIZZY. I HAVE BEEN TO MY DOCTOR AND THERE IS NO OTHER CAUSE THEY CAN FIND FOR MY ILLNESS. NISSAN HAS CHECKED OUT THE CAR, BUT FOUND NOTHING WRONG. BUT I CONTINUE TO GET SICK EVERY TIME I DRIVE THE CAR.

A FEW MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING MY BRAND NEW 2016 ROGUE, I NOTICED A NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT WHEN I AM BACKING UP SLOWLY AND TURNING MY WHEELS. I POINTED THIS OUT TO THE NISSAN DEALER WHERE I PURCHASED IT AND THEY DETERMINED IT WAS MY STRUTS AND BEARINGS THAT NEEDED REPLACED. I THEN TOOK IT TO A DIFFERENT NISSAN DEALER FOR A SECOND OPINION AND THEY SAID THEY CALLED NISSAN HEADQUARTERS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND THEY ARE NOT EXACTLY SURE WHAT PARTS NEED TO BE REPLACED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEREFORE, I CONTINUE TO DRIVE MY NEW ROGUE WITH A NOISE IN THE FRONT AND NISSAN HAS NO ANSWERS AT THIS TIME.

I HAD NO REASON TO THINK THAT A NEW CAR ONLY TWO WEEKS OLD WOULD STRAND ME BY THE ROAD. I HAD NO REASON TO BELIEVE THAT UNLIKE ANY OTHER CAR I EVER HAD, I COULD PUT DIESEL IN IT BY ERROR. NISSAN'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD AS DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM. NO MARKINGS TO PREVENT IT ON CAR OR PUMP AND THE NOZZLE FIT

THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED TO A SALVAGE YARD. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V2440000 (AIR BAGS). A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT SUFFERED FROM A SHATTERED ELBOW, A CONCUSSION, CHIN NERVE DAMAGE, AND BROKEN TEETH. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
THE TANK OPENING ALLOWS A DIESEL FUEL NOZZLE TO FIT AND THEIR SARCASTIC REPRESENTATIVE NAMED COUTNEY TOLD ME THAT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. IT COST ME OVER 8 HUNDRED DOLLARS IN COST TO PUMP OUT DIESEL GAS AND TOW CHARGES. NISSAN TOWING SERVICE WOULD NOT HELP ME WHEN I WAS STRANDED BY A BUSY 4 LANE HWY. MY CAR WAS ABOUT 2 WEEKS OLD. I PUMPED THE GAS AND GOT ON THE HIGH WAY AND MY CAR BEGAN JERKING UNTIL IT FINALLY DIED. THEY ROAD SIDE SERVICE USED THE EXCUSE THAT I SAID I WAS AFRAID STTING LIKE THAT SO CLOSE TO THE HIGH WAY NOT TO GIVE ANY ASSISTANCE AT ALL. I'D LIKE TO KNOW, SINCE NISSAN DOES NOT HELP CUSTOMERS AT LL ONCE THEY BUY THEIR CARS, IF THERE IS ANY PLACE THAT WOULD REMOVE THEM FROM THE US. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO SELL CARS WITH NO ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMERS AND THEY CONTRADICT WHAT THE SALES OFFICES TELL CUSTOMERS ABOUT SUCH THINGS AS ROAD SIDE SERVICE. I DON'T THINK IT IS FAIR TO AMERICANS THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE SALES WHEN THEY WILL NOT ASSIST WITH ANY PROBLEMS. "THIS IS MY SECOND NISSAN AND IT WAS THE SAME WITH THE FIRST. IT IS THE CORPORATE PEOPLE I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE DEALER IN HIGH POINT NC WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR. YOU GIVE THE MEANS TO CONTACT NISSAN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FRANKLIN BUT THE TRUTH IS THERE IS NO0 ASSISTANCE TO BE HAD BY THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME.
FUEL EFFICIENCY MARKETING SCAM, I BOUGHT A NISSAN ROGUE 2016 TWO YEARS AGO. THE DECISION WAS UPON ITS MARKETING IN EXTRAORDINARY FUEL EFFICIENCY THE NISSAN COMPANY HAS MADE, FOR LOCAL 29/HIGHWAY32. AFTER FEW MONTHS DRIVING EXPERIENCE AND TOLD BY THE DEALER AGENT, I NEED TO DRIVE MY CAR 5K-10K MILES THEN THE ENGINE WILL PROVIDED THAT FUEL EFFICIENCY. BUT AFTER TWO YEARS DRIVEN 27K MILES SIMPLY NOTHING CHANGED, MY CAR ONLY GETS 16/27 FOR LOCAL AND HIGHWAY AND AVERAGE OUT 17-18 MILES PER GALLON. I WAS SO UPSET MYSELF HAVE MADE THAT SUCH MISTAKENLY LEADED DECISION ON BUYING THIS FAKE MARKETING VEHICLE AND NOT SAVE MY GAS MONEY ALSO POLLUTING THE ENVIRONMENT. AS EVERY TIME I HAVE CONFRONTED WITH THE DEALERS TECHINICIAN AND AGENT ON THIS ISSUE, THEY SIMPLY SAID EXCUSES AND NOT DO ANYTHING. AS A RESULT, I HOPE MY ISSUE WILL BE TAKING CARE BY AND SUGGEST ALL FUTURE BUYER NOT TO BUY ANY NISSAN VEHICLES BECAUSE THEY LIE TO CONSUMERS AND THEY ARE NOT ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY ON FUEL EFFICIENCY !!
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 NISSAN ROGUE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO A UTILITY POLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT'S HEAD STRUCK THE STEERING WHEEL. THE CONTACT LOST THREE TEETH AND REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED AND THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY DAMAGED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,000.
WHEN AN ADULT PASSENGER IS SEATED IN THE PASSENGER SEAT, AND THE VEHICLE IS STARTED, THE AIRBAG OFF INDICATOR WILL REMAIN ILLUMINATED ON SOME OCCASIONS (WITHOUT ANY DISCERNIBLE REASON, SUCH AS SEATING POSITION). SOMETIMES, WHEN THE AIRBAG OFF LIGHT HAS INCORRECTLY ILLUMINATED, THE LIGHT WILL THEN SHUT OFF WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION (WITH THE PASSENGER STILL SEATED IN THE SAME POSITION) AT NO DISCERNIBLE INTERVAL OF TIME, DISTANCE, OR SPEED. THIS PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED ON A DAILY BASIS, SOMETIMES MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY. THE DEALERSHIP EXAMINED THE VEHICLE ON 1/8/2016 AND STATES THERE IS NO PROBLEM THAT THEY CAN FIND AND THAT THEY CANNOT REPLICATE THE COMPLAINT. HOWEVER, AIRBAG OFF PROBLEM IS ONGOING.
