TL* THE CONTACT RENTED A 2019 NISSAN SENTRA. WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW EXPLODED AND GLASS FLEW OVER THE CONTACT. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THERE WAS A LOUD NOISE WHEN THE GLASS EXPLODED AND THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO SWERVE AND AVOID A CRASH. THE RENTAL AGENCY CAME OUT, TOWED THE VEHICLE, AND GAVE THE CONTACT A NEW RENTAL VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WROTE THE MANUFACTURER AND AN UNKNOWN DEALER, BUT HAD NOT HEARD BACK WITH A RESPONSE. THE CONTACT SUFFERED HEARING LOSS IN THE LEFT EAR AND WAS SEEING A SPECIALIST.
