WHEN YOU ACCELERATE TO CHANGE LANES THE RPMS RESPOND, BUT THE CAR DOES NOT ACCELERATE IT IS AS IF THE LINK BETWEEN THE TWO COMPONENT IS MALFUNCTIONING. I HAVE HAD THIS CAR FOR 4MONTHS AND IT HAS BEEN 17 DAYS IN THE REPAIR AT THE DEALERSHIP. I HAVE CONCERN THAT WITH THE CAR INSTANTLY DYING THAT I COULD BE THE CAUSE OF AN ACCIDENT, AND RESULT IN INJURY TO MY FAMILY, OTHERS ON THE HIGHWAY OR MYSELF. OLDSMOBILE NEEDS TO RESEARCH THE PROBLEM AND IDENTIFY A SOLUTION BEFORE THERE IS SERIOUS INJURY FROM THIS POWER TRAIN FAILURE.*AK
