I HAD THE HEAT ELEMENT FAIL ON MY 2002 OLDS SILHOUETTE. THEY REPLACED BOTH SEAT ONCE AND THE LAST TIME A YEAR LATER THE WARRANTY WAS OUT BY 500 MILES SO THEY WOULDN'T HONOR IT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT. *TR
