IT IS DIFFICULT TO REGULATE SPEED, BECAUSE THE SPEEDOMETER IS OBSCURED. SOMEONE WILL GET HURT TRYING TO READ THE SPEEDOMETER, WHEN THEY SHOULD BE WATCHING THE ROAD.
