The FCW function does not engage if you put the vehicle in gear to soon. You must wait at least 5 seconds after starting the engine before shifting into gear or else the FCW will not turn on. The dealer said there is no fix. I believe this is a software issue. This has been functioning this way since the vehicle was new.
