SHE COULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR BECAUSE IT WAS LOCKED AUTOMATICALLY.. THE CAR IS A 2009 SATURN AURA. THE MANUAL SAYS THAT AUTOMATIC LOCKING OF DOORS IS PROGRAMMED AND CAN'T BE CHANGED. THIS IS NOT SAFE!!
