WHEN DRIVEN ON DRY PAVEMENT THE CAR BEHAVES NORMALLY. HOWEVER, WHEN THE CAR IS DRIVEN ON HARD PACKED SNOW OR WET PAVEMENT THE REAR END OF THE CAR WOBBLES VIOLENTLY FROM SIDE TO SIDE, MAKING IT HIGHLY UNSTABLE. THIS PROBLEM OCCURS AT RELATIVELY SLOW SPEEDS (BELOW 50 MPH). THIS PROBLEM INCREASES WHEN THE CAR IS SUBJECT TO LOADS SUCH AS ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS OR CARGO.
