The rear wheel bearing hubs continuously have to be replaced due to failure. I have 110,000 miles and have replaced the same rear wheel bearing 3x since buying the vehicle new. The 1st occured withing the first 30,000 miles
I DRIVE APPROX. 145 MILES A DAY FOR WORK; NORMAL HIGHWAY DRIVING. I BOUGHT MY CAR 2.5 YEARS AGO AND HAVE JUST OVER 96,000 MILES ON IT. IN THIS TIME SPAN I'VE HAD TO REPLACE TWO WHEEL BEARINGS; 40,000 MILES AND 96,000 MILES. THIS SEEMS TO ME TO BE A HIGH RATE OF WEAR ON A FAIRLY CRITICAL PART.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
