TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT EXHAUST SMOKE STARTED TO EMIT FROM THE TAIL PIPE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT ENGINE PRESSURE WAS EXCESSIVE CAUSING THE ENGINE BOLTS TO SEPARATE AND THE HEAD GASKET TO FAIL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
SEAT NO LONGER MOVES FORWARD OR BACKWARD BUT TWISTS LIKE ONLY THE INSIDE TRACK IS MAKING CONTACT WITH THE GEARS. I CAN SEE THE OUTER GEAR TURNING BUT NO CONTACT WITH WORM GEAR. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 TOYOTA CAMRY SOLARA. WHILE AT A RED LIGHT, A SECOND VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT STRUCK THE PRECEDING VEHICLE. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE SUSTAINED FRONT END DAMAGE, BUT THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. AFTER THE CRASH, THE AIR BAG SENSOR LIGHT REMAINED PERMANENTLY ILLUMINATED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT ALSO INDICATED THAT THE DASHBOARD EXPERIENCED CRACKING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000.
FIRST TIME. (SECOND TIME DEC. 12,2014) HOLE CHEWED IN TOP OF GAS FILLER HOSE. GAS LEAKED FROM TOP OF HOSE WHEN REFUELING. *TR
CAR WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ACCELERATION(SLUGGISH) AND WOULD DIE WHEN CAR CAME TO A STOP. MOSTLY HAPPENED WHEN EXITING HIGHWAYS, THEN HAPPENED DURING NORMAL DRIVING. THE CAR WOULD IDLE VERY ROUGHLY AND DIE IF GAS PEDAL WASN'T DEPRESSED. IF CAR SAT FOR A WHILE, THEN IT WOULD START UP AND RUN JUST FINE. HAD IT INTO THE SHOP SEVERAL TIMES, BUT UNLESS THE PROBLEM WAS CURRENTLY HAPPENING, IT COULDN'T BE DIAGNOSED. THE PROBLEM IS THE IDOL THROTTLE BODY(SEEMS LIKE THERE ARE MANY MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PART). THE COST OF THE PART WAS $1014.45(RIDICULOUS). LABOR $68. WHAT'S GOING ON? TOYOTA IS FAILING TO PROVIDE A GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT AND I HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN THEIR PRODUCT. LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. IGNITION KEY WAS REMOVED WITH TRANSMISSION IN DRIVE AND IGNITION SWITCH NOT IN OFF POSITION. THIS HAS NOW HAPPENED AT LEAST TWICE. *TR
COOLANT LEAK DUE TO APPARENT STRIPPED HEAD BOLTS DUE TO MANUFACTURER DEFECT. *TR
THE PASSENGER AIR BAG LIGHT NEVER GOES OFF. DEALERSHIP SAYS IT'LL COST $500 TO FIX BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT IN THE FIRST PLACE BUT BECAUSE OF IT THEY SAY NONE OF THE AIR BAGS WILL WORK IN A CRASH. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
THIS VEHICLE (AND MANY OTHER SOLARA'S) SEEMS TO HAVE ISSUES WITH THE ACCELERATION. AT TIMES, THE CAR ACCELERATES A LITTLE BIT BY ITSELF. IT HAS NEVER CAUSED ME TO CRASH OR ANYTHING MAJOR, BUT I'VE HAD TO HIT THE BRAKES REAL HARD BECAUSE ITS TAKEN ME BY SURPRISE. THIS MAINLY HAPPENS WHEN I'M NOT MOVING, FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN I'M WAITING AT A RED LIGHT. THE CAR MAKES NOISES THAT TECHNICIANS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE. I AM THE THIRD OWNER OF THIS 2002 TOYOTA SOLARA AND I HAVE A REPORT FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER DATING BACK TO 2002. THIS OWNER DESCRIBES WEIRD NOISES COMING FROM THE DRIVER'S SIDE BUT THAT TOYOTA WAS NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. AS IT SEEMS, THIS CAR HAS BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH UNEXPLAINABLE NOISES SINCE ITS DAY OF MANUFACTURE. ATTORNEY REPRESENTING CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE ENGINE CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS SERVICE BULLETIN. *SMD THE ENGINE FAILED WHILE DRIVING IN HEAVY TRAFFIC, LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED. THE MECHANIC INFORMED THE CONSUMER, AFTER THE DAMAGE AND THE EXTENSIVE RE-BUILD OF THE ENGINE, OTHER PARTS WOULD BEGAN TO FAIL. *JB

I PARKED THE CAR. AFTER REALIZING THAT I WAS ABOUT 2 FT FROM THE PARKING BUMP, I DECIDED TO MOVE IT FORWARD AND AS I TOOK THE CAR OFF PARK THE CAR TOOK OFF AND HIT THE BUMP AND WAS STOPPED BY A TREE. THE CAR CLIMBED PARTIALLY ON THE TREE, LEAVING THE PASSENGER SIDE WHEELS COMPLETELY OFF THE GROUND. I PUT THE BRAKE AND SHIFTED TO NEUTRAL. FORTUNATELY, NO ONE WAS HURT, NO AIRBAGS DISPLAYED. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE TOYOTA DEALER TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON THE REPAIR OF THE FRONT BUMPER. TOYOTA INVESTIGATED AND A MONTH LATER DELIVERED THE "DATA" BY MAIL FROM BOSCH, WITHOUT ANY USEFUL INFORMATION FOR ME. I DO NOT DARE DRIVE THE CAR. *TR
MY WIFE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PARKING THE CAR IN A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY. SHE PULLED INTO THE PARKING SPOT AND PRESSED THE BRAKE TO SHIFT INTO PARK. AS SOON AS SHE PRESSED THE BRAKE THE CAR LURCHED FORWARD. THE CAR STRUCK THE PARKING CURB DAMAGING THE FRONT BUMPER. SHE PUT THE CAR IN NEUTRAL AND LOOKED DOWN TO MAKE SURE HER FOOT WAS ON THE BRAKE AND NOT THE GAS PEDAL. SHE TURNED OFF THE IGNITION, SHIFTED INTO PARK AND CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE SERVICE MANAGER OF THE NEAREST DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND TO MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH TOYOTA. *TR

THE COOLANT STARTED LEAKING FROM BEHIND THE MOTOR. MY MECHANIC LOOKED AT IT AND SAID THAT THE FOAM INSULATION WAS SATURATED WITH COOLANT AND IT WAS LEAKING FROM THERE, BETWEEN THE HEAD AND THE CYLINDER. WHEN I RESEARCHED ABOUT IT ONLINE IN MANY TOYOTA FORUMS, THE COMMON THING THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS IS THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE HEAD BOLTS STRIPPING AND THE COOLANT LEAKING FROM THAT AREA. MY MECHANIC SAID THAT I EITHER NEED A NEW ENGINE OR DO A FIX THE STRIPPED HEAD BOLTS WITH A HELI-COIL OR A TIME-SERT. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING WITH TOYOTA, THAT THEY ARE NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THE DEFECT WITH THERE 5TH GEN 4 CYL 2AZ-FE ENGINES AND ARE REFUSING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT. THE SOLUTION THAT THEY ARE GIVING IS A VERY EXPENSIVE ONE OF GETTING A NEW ENGINE FOR $5000. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY TOYOTA OR SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE THEM TAKE NOTICE OF THIS ISSUE. *TR
MY AIRBAG LIGHT HAS BEEN COMING ON AND GOING OFF FOR YEARS DEPENDING ON HOW THE PASSENGER SEAT IS POSITIONED BUT THERE WAS NEVER A RECALL. AFTER REVIEWING THE SITE AND OTHER COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME YEAR MAKE AND MODEL AS MY VEHICLE I'M WONDERING WHY THIS ISN'T A SAFETY CONCERN. THE DEALER DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. I GOT IT FIXED LAST YEAR THEY SAID IT WAS THE PINS. NOW THEY ARE SAYING THE HARNESS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
COMPONENTS ON VEHICLE DASH NOT OPERATING. INSTRUMENT PANEL STOPPED WORKING. NO TEMP. GAUGE, NO FUEL GAUGE, NO TACH OR SPEEDOMETER. LIGHT ON INSTRUMENT PANEL NOT WORKING. HAVE BEEN TO THREE MECHANICS WHO DIAGNOSED BUT CANNOT REPAIR. CONTACTED TOYOTA AND QUOTED EXCESSIVE PRICE OF $780.00 PLUS TAX AND DIAGNOSTIC TIME TO REPAIR. *TR
THE IS A SERVICE BULLETIN REGARDING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND REPROGRAMMING THE ECU. I DON'T THINK TOYOTA NOTIFIES CURRENT OWNERS OF FREE WORK TO BE DONE THAT IS NOT AN ACTUAL RECALL. INSTEAD THEY WAIT TO SEE WHO FINDS OUT ON THEIR OWN. THE SERVICE BULLETIN TSB 2404 DATED 07-01-04 COVERS THE REPLACEMENT OF THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND REPROGRAMMING THE ECU TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. IT MENTIONS THE SMELL OF SULFUR FROM THE EXHAUST AND WAS APPARENTLY THE ONLY REASON MOST PEOPLE HAD IT CHECKED OUT. MY WIFE'S CAR HAS HAD THE SMELL OF SULFUR FOR A FEW YEARS NOW, BUT SINCE WE DON'T MAKE IT A HABIT OF MAKING OUR CAR EXHAUST SMELL PLEASANT WE NEVER THOUGHT ANYTHING OF IT. NOW, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT HER CAR IS OVER THE 8 YEAR, 80,000 MILE LIMIT OF THE TSB. IF WE WERE NOTIFIED OF TOYOTA'S DESIGN ERROR EARLIER AND HAD THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER REPLACED AND THE ECU REPROGRAMMED FOR FREE, WE WOULD NOT BE LOOKING AT A $1000 REPAIR BILL IN OUR FUTURE. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR TOYOTA'S ERROR, WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE CAR. *TR
ENGINE HEAD BOLTS STRIPPED CAUSING ANTIFREEZE LOSS, HEAD HAD TO BE RESURFACED, NEW HEAD GASKET, AND A SPECIAL KIT WAS NEED TO RE-THREAD THE LOOSE BOLTS REPAIRS COST OVER $3000 . WHICH IS BETTER THAN A NEW ENGINE BUT REPAIRS AREN'T GUARANTEED BECAUSE THIS IS A FACTORY DEFECT WITH THIS PARTICULAR ENGINE. HAD I KNOWN THIS I WOULDN'T HAVE PURCHASED THIS PARTICULAR MAKE OF CAR. *TR
AFTER TAKING MY CAR TO A LOCAL MECHANIC BECAUSE OF OVERHEATING, A COOLANT LEAK, AND MISFIRING, I BROUGHT MY CAMRY TO A CERTIFIED TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. I EXPLAINED TO THE TOYOTA REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FORE MENTIONED ISSUES. AFTER CONDUCTING AN INSPECTION, THE TOYOTA REP. TOLD ME I HAD A BAD COIL IN CYLINDER #2, AND FOUND PRESSURE LEAKING INTO #2 AND #3 CYLINDERS. AFTER A FURTHER TEAR DOWN OF THE ENGINE, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE ENGINE HAD LOOSE HEAD BOLTS IN THESE CYLINDERS, AND THAT THE THREADS ON THE ENGINE FOR THESE BOLTS WAS STRIPPED. THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO FIX TO THIS PROBLEM AND QUOTED ME A NEW ENGINE WITH 90,000 MILES WITH AN ESTIMATE COST BETWEEN $5000-$6000. FURTHERMORE, I WAS TOLD REPLACING THE COIL AT $227, WOULD FIX THE MISFIRING. HOWEVER THIS DID NOT FIX THE MISFIRING PROBLEM, AS THE MISFIRE WAS DUE BECAUSE OF THE LOOSE HEAD BOLTS WHICH WAS EXPLAINED TO ME BY THE DEALERSHIP AS WELL. THIS CONFLICTING INFORMATION LED ME TO BELIEVE IT WAS SAFE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE AS LONG AS COOLANT WAS PLENTIFUL IN THE RADIATOR AND OVER FLOW RESERVOIR. HOWEVER, THE OVERHEATING, LEAKING OF COOLANT AND MISFIRING CONTINUES. THE MISFIRING CREATES DANGEROUS RANDOM STALLS. *TR
ON THE EVENING ON AUGUST 30, 2013, MY WIFE AND I WERE INVOLVED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT DUE TO A SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION PROBLEM WITH OUR 2002 TOYOTA CAMRY. I WAS DRIVING AT A LOW SPEED AROUND A CUL-DE-SAC WHEN THE CAR ACCELERATED OUT OF MY CONTROL AND CRASHED INTO A TREE. I PRESSED THE BRAKE A FEW TIMES BUT IT WAS INEFFECTIVE. THE CRASH DESTROYED THE CAR AND IS DETERMINED TO BE A "TOTAL LOSS." *TR

UPDATED 9/12/13*CN THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN SHE PLACED THE VEHICLE IN REVERSE, THE VEHICLE LURCHED AND SHE BRUSHED A VEHICLE NEXT TO HER, AND THE VEHICLE MADE A VERY LOUD NOISE. SHE THEN PUT THE VEHICLE IN DRIVE WITH HER FOOT ON THE BRAKE, BUT IT DID NOT STOP, SO SHE SLAMMED IT INTO PARK, BUT THE VEHICLE STILL DID NOT STOP.

THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING DIAGNOSIS OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 40,000.

BEGAN NOTICING GURGLING/WATER SLOSHING NOISES AT APPROXIMATELY 100K MILES. APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH LATER, CAR OVERHEATED. NOTICED COOLANT WAS LOW, SO HAD COOLANT REFILLED. CHECKED OUT BY MECHANIC NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD THAT A STOP-LEAK WOULD FIX PROBLEM. COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE AT PERSONAL COST. THREE DAYS LATER, CAR OVERHEATED AGAIN. TOOK TO DIFFERENT MECHANIC, AND WAS ADVISED TO REPLACE RADIATOR. REPLACED RADIATOR AT PERSONAL COST. FEW DAYS LATER, CAR OVERHEATED AGAIN. TOOK TO FOUR DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND NOTICED COOLANT LEAKS. WAS ADVISED BY ALL FOUR MECHANICS THAT IT WAS BLOWN HEAD GASKET, THAT THIS WAS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS MAKE/MODEL, THAT REPLACING THE ENGINE WOULD BE SAFEST SOLUTION. ONE MECHANIC ALSO SAID THAT SIMPLY REPLACING HEAD GASKET MIGHT NOT WORK BECAUSE THE BOLT THREADING IN THIS PARTICULAR MODEL WAS KNOWN TO BE DEFECTIVE. CANNOT AFFORD $4000 TO REPLACE ENGINE, ESPECIALLY IF THIS SAME PROBLEM CAN POSSIBLY RECUR. CURRENTLY REFILLING COOLANT EVERY OTHER DAY. *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE INCREASED RAPIDLY INTO THE RED ZONE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE RADIATOR WAS LEAKING AND THE THERMOSTAT WAS DEFECTIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. SMOKE ALSO EMITTED FROM THE ENGINE TWO HOURS AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BOTH AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE DEALER DETECTED THAT THE ENGINE CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS WERE STRIPED AND THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.

NO ONE WAS INJURED DURING THE CRASH. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER REGARDING THE SUDDEN ACCELERATION. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 37,460. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
OVER A PERIOD OF TIME STEERING BECAME DIFFICULT AND TURNING WAS A PROBLEM. STEERING LIKE A MAD TRUCK WITH JERKING MOVEMENTS WHEN TURNING AND PULLING BACK. TOOK TO TOYOTA DEALER AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE ENTIRE STEERING COLUMN. WHY HAS TOYOTA NOT HAD RECALL? AT SAME TIME THEY SAID BRAKES GONE. JUST HAD THEM FIXED AT LOCAL GAS STATION A YEAR AGO BUT DID NOT TAKE ROTOR DOWN. GRAND TOTAL $2700
VEHICLE IS A CONVERTIBLE. THE AIR BAG LIGHT REMAINS ON WHENEVER THE CAR IS RUNNING. CAR HAS NEVER BEEN IN A COLLISION. MANY OTHERS HAVE REPORTED SAME PROBLEM FOR SAME MAKE/MODE/YEAR. WHERE COLLISIONS HAVE OCCURRED WITH VEHICLES DISPLAYING THIS CONDITION, AIR BAGS FAIL TO DEPLOY.

THE CONTACT SUSTAINED SEVERE INJURIES TO THE LEFT ARM, WHICH WAS PARTIALLY SEPARATED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED OF THE INCIDENT. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
NO FAILURE YET BUT THE SIDEWALLS OF THE TIRES ARE BADLY CHECKED. THE TIRES ARE ONLY 5 YEARS OLD AND THE CAR HAS BEEN GARAGED OR PARKED IN THE SHADE MOST OF THE TIME. I DROVE UP IN FRONT OF MOSSES TOWN HALL BUILDING IN LOWNDES COUNTY AL AS I TRIED TO PUT ON BRAKES TO PARK THE CAR IT BEGIN TO ACCELERATE AND JUMP THE PARKING BUMPS AND HIT THE BUILDING KNOCKING DOWN THE WALL OF BRICKS AND THAT'S WHEN IT STOPPED. I IMMEDIATELY GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND LOOKED AND TOOK A LOOK. THERE WERE PERSON IN THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING WHO RAN OUT TO SEE WERE I OKAY. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND I HOPE THE LAST INCIDENT I HAD WITH THE CAR. *TR
THE FUEL FILLER LINE WELD AT WHERE THE EGR LINE TIES IN (JUST BENEATH THE FUEL FILLER CAP) FAILED. THE FAILURE OF THE WELD CAUSED AIR TO LEAK INTO THE FUEL SYSTEM AND TRIP THE "CHECK ENGINE" LIGHT. THE WELD FAILURE WAS THE RESULT OF A POOR WELD AND POOR ANTI RUST COATING APPLIED AT THE LOCATION OF THE WELD.
IN THE 8 YEARS I HAVE OWNED MY 2002 CAMRY I HAVE EXPERIENCED PERIODIC PROBLEMS WITH THE BRAKES. SPECIFICALLY, THEY BECOME SOFT, THEY DO NOT STOP THE CAR IN NORMAL FASHION AND ALSO CAN PULL THE CAR SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE SIDE. TODAY, MY 19 YEAR OLD RAN INTO THE BACK OF ANOTHER CAR BECAUSE THE BRAKES DID NOT ENGAGE. OVER THE YEARS I HAVE SOUGHT A SOLUTION BUT REPAIR SHOPS, INCLUDING TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS, HAVE FOUND NO PROBLEM. CAR WAS OVERHEATING AND WE DIDN'T KNOW WHY. THE RESERVOIR WAS FULL OF COOLANT SO WE TOOK IT INTO A MECHANIC TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE COOLING SYSTEM. WE WERE TOLD WE NEEDED A NEW HEAD GASKET. WE LEFT THE CAR WITH THE MECHANIC AND HE FOUND THAT 3 BOLTS FOR THE ENGINE BLOCK WERE LOOSE (HE COULD EASILY PULL THEM OUT WITH HIS HANDS AND THE THREADING CAME WITH THEM). HE HAD NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE SO HE LOOKED ONLINE AND FOUND THIS WAS A COMMON PROBLEM. THE CAR HAD ABOUT 109K MILES ON IT. LOOKING ON THIS SITE SHOWS THAT TOYOTA HAS A SERVICE BULLETIN ON IT. *TR
I WAS BACKING OUT OF A PARKING SPACE. WHEN I PUT CAR IN DRIVE AND STARTED TURNING WHEEL TO THE RIGHT, CAR WOULDN'T TURN AND BRAKING DID NOT STOP CAR. IT SEEMED AS IF ACCELERATOR WAS STUCK. CAR FINALLY STOPPED WHEN IT HIT PARKED CAR. SOMETHING SIMILAR HAPPENED ABOUT A YEAR AGO. *TR
