TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY. SHE STATED THAT WHILE APPLYING THE BRAKES THE WHEELS CONTINUED SPINNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN INTO THE DEALER AND SHE WAS ADVISED THAT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED, HOWEVER, THE ROTORS, GAS PEDAL AND FLOOR MATS WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE YET THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,406 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 10,000. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2010 CAMRY LE (4 CYLINDER), AND IT HAS ALREADY BEEN THROUGH THE SET OF FACTORY-INSTALLED TIRES, ANOTHER SET OF FOUR MICHELIN TIRES, A THIRD SET OF FOUR, AND 2 MORE TIRES AS OF 10/27/2013, ALTHOUGH THE VEHICLE ONLY NOW HAS APPROXIMATELY 74,000 MILES ON IT. THE TIRES CURIOUSLY GO UNIFORMLY BALD ON THE FRONT IN LESS THAN 1/3RD OF THE LIFE OF THE TIRE. EACH COMPANY FROM WHICH I HAVE PURCHASED NEW MICHELIN OR BFGOODRICH TIRES FOR THIS CAMRY SAID THIS IS HIGHLY UNUSUAL. THEY STATED THAT THE TIRES SHOULD NOT ORDINARILY BE UNIFORMLY BALD OR BE WORN OUT SO QUICKLY. THEY HAVE ALSO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE MUST HAVE COME OUT OF THE FACTORY ALIGNED THIS WAY, SINCE THE FIRST PAIR WAS USELESS AFTER SO FEW MILES AND THE NEW TIRES ARE WEARING OUT SO QUICKLY. MOREOVER, THERE ARE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE AC SYSTEM CONTROLS AND THE SENSOR ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE POWER WINDOW. THE AC MYSTERIOUSLY TURNS ITS RECYCLED AIR SWITCH FROM RECYCLED TO VENT (WITHOUT BEING PRESSED TO MAKE THE SWITCH) WHILE DRIVING. ALSO, THE DRIVER'S SIDE POWER WINDOW WILL GO NEARLY ALL THE WAY UP (WHEN PRESSED), BUT IT STOPS SHORT OF THE TOP AND THEN ROLLS ITSELF BACK DOWN. THE SERVICE MANAGER AT ROBBIN'S TOYOTA SAID HIS MECHANICS COULD NOT GET THESE PROBLEMS TO RE-OCCUR WHEN DRIVEN, AND THEREFORE, HE COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT FIX THE TWO ISSUES, ALTHOUGH THE VEHICLE WAS UNDER WARRANTY AT THE TIME. FINALLY, I CANNOT REMOVE THE OIL FILTER CANISTER FOR A HOME-OIL CHANGE. I'VE USED THE OEM FILTER CAP WRENCH, BUT I AM UNABLE TO GET THE CANISTER HOUSING TO TURN, WHICH MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE OIL FILTER AT HOME. THIS WAS THE FIRST TOYOTA I'VE OWNED, AND IT WILL BE THE LAST. *TR
CAR: 2010 CAMRY LE. TWICE SINCE PURCHASING THE CAR IN NOVEMBER THE CAR HAS ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN. WHEN ACCELERATING TO PASS, THE GAS PEDAL TRAVELS TO THE FLOOR, WHEN IT WAS NOT PUSHED THAT FAR. BOTH TIMES I REACTED BY QUICKLY PUTTING THE CAR IN NEUTRAL AND THE PEDAL IMMEDIATELY RETURNED TO ITS NEUTRAL POSITION. NO DAMAGE, NO INJURIES IN EITHER EVENT.*TR
I HAVE A 2010 CAMRY APPROX 11,000+ MILEAGE. I HAD MY CAR CHECKED FOR THE BRAKES DUE TO THE POPPING SOUND WHEN RELEASE BRAKE PEDAL AND CLICKING AFTER PUTTING CAR IN REVERSE AND THEN DRIVE. TOYOTA RESPONDED: THE SOUND YOU ARE HEARING IS NORMAL OPERATION OF THE BRAKE SYSTEM. WHEN YOU SHIFT FROM REVERSE INTO DRIVE, THE BRAKE CALIPERS MECHANICALLY ADJUST TO THE VEHICLE'S FORWARD MOTION. WHEN THIS ADJUSTMENT HAPPENS, A CLICKING SOUND CAN SOMETIMES BE HEARD. THIS IS A NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE AND WILL NOT CAUSE ANY ISSUES TO THE BRAKE SYSTEM. I JUST DROPPED MY CAR OFF AGAIN THIS MORNING TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE FOR THE RECALL AFTER THE FIRST TIME TELLING ME THAT IT WASN'T STICKING; BUT I HEARD THAT IT SHOULD STILL BE REPAIRED. I ASKED THEM TO CHECK THE BRAKES AGAIN AND THE SERVICE REP SAID THE SOUND DOESN'T SOUND NORMAL. I'M EXTREMELY NERVOUS DRIVING THE CAR AND WORRIED ABOUT THE UNKNOWN OF WHAT CAN HAPPEN. I AM NOT A TOYOTA OWNER, HOWEVER I BELIEVE I AM THE VICTIM OF A TOYOTA ACCIDENT. YESTERDAY, MY CAR WAS PARKED OUTSIDE OF MY OFFICE AT AROUND 10:45 AM I HEAR A CRASH AND SEE MY VEHICLE (2008 CHEVY EQUINOX) PICK UP OFF THE GROUND. VEHICLE OWNER PHUONG VO, DRIVING A 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY HAD SLAMMED INTO THE BACK OF MY CAR, AND DAMAGED IT FROM FRONT TO BACK, INCLUDING REMOVING MY BACK AXEL COMPLETELY. WHEN I CAME OUTSIDE, THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL TRUCK FOLLOWING THIS CAMRY. APPARENTLY THE CAMRY HAD HIT THIS PERSONS CAR, HE GOT IN IT TO FOLLOW THE DRIVER, AND THEN WITNESSED THE DRIVER HIT AN ADDITIONAL 5 CARS BEFORE CRASHING INTO MINE AND COMING TO A STOP! NOW I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE, NOT ONLY DOES THIS TOYOTA DRIVER NOT HAVE ENOUGH INSURANCE TO COVER MY DAMAGES, BUT HIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS REFUSING TO PAY FOR MY DAMAGES AND PROVIDE ME WITH A RENTAL VEHICLE. I DID NOTHING WRONG. JUST WENT TO WORK YESTERDAY, AND NOW I AM OUT OF A $500 DEDUCTIBLE, AND MY VEHICLE IS EXPECTED TO TAKE WEEKS BEFORE BEING REPAIRED. FURTHERMORE, THE ST LOUIS POLICE DEPARTMENT HAD REPORTED THAT WHEN AN OFFICIER TRIED TO MOVE THE VEHICLE IT SEEMED AS IF THE GAS PEDAL WAS STUCK TO THE FLOOR. *TR
I OWN A 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY. I WAS TOLD BY ONE DEALERSHIP THAT MY CAR IS NOT AFFECTED. I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT MY CAR IS INCLUDED IN THE ACCELERATOR RECALL. FIRST, WHEN I PUT THE KEYS IN MY CAR AND START IT, IT WILL START TO ACCELERATE TO 2000 RPMS FOR 30 SECS TO A MINUTE BEFORE GOING BELOW 1000RPMS. ALSO, WHEN I DRIVE AROUND TOWN, THE CAR WILL REMAIN ACCELERATED EVEN AFTER I TAKE MY FOOT OFF OF THE GAS PEDAL OR EVEN AFTER I TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE BRAKE. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, AND IF MY CAR IS NOT PART OF A RECALL, THIS COULD BE MORE OF A SYSTEMATIC PROBLEM (EITHER WITH THE ELECTRIC CHIP OR THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL I HAVE) THAN WHAT EVERYONE THINKS NOW. I HAVE BROUGHT MY CAR TO THE DEALER 2-3 TIMES (PRIOR TO THE RECALL) AND THEY SAID IT WAS "NORMAL" FOR ALL CAMRYS. BUT THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT NORMAL. *CN
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 5 TO 10 MPH A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM BRAKED AND HE SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES.THE BRAKES DID NOT ENGAGE AND HE CRASHED INTO THE VEHICLE. THE POLICE WAS CONTACTED AND THERE IS A REPORT. PRIOR TO THE CRASH THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THE ACCELERATOR PETAL WHERE HE TOOK THE VEHICLE IN AND THEY REPAIRED A METAL SHIM IN THE ACCELERATOR PETAL. THEY ADVISED HIM THE NEW PEDAL FOR THE VEHICLE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL APRIL. THE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE'S THE FRONT BUMPER WAS REPAIRED.THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 18000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS SLIGHTLY "NON-RESPONSIVE". SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THE PEDAL WAS REPLACED ACCORDING TO RECALL 10V017000, VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL, ACCELERATOR PEDAL; AFTER THE REPAIR WAS MADE SHE NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE DID NOT SLOW DOWN WHEN SHE TOOK HER FOOT OFF OF THE PEDAL AND THE RPM GAUGE WOULD NOT DECREASE IN SPEED; HOWEVER, SHE WAS ABLE TO USE THE BRAKES TO SLOW DOWN. SHE ALSO STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING IN REVERSE, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED, YET SHE WAS ABLE TO STOP THE VEHICLE BY DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL. SHE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS AWAITING A RESPONSE IN REGARDS TO THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN INSPECTED OR REPAIRED WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 8,800. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,458.
ON FEBRUARY 2, 2010 I WAS ENTERING MY GARAGE AND SLOWLY DROVE IN, I THEN PLACED MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE TO STOP, I THEN OPENED THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR SLIGHTLY AS I WAS ABOUT TO PLACE THE VEHICLE IN PARK A SHORT REVVING OF THE ENGINE BEGAN, RIGHT BEFORE I PLACED THE SHIFTER INTO PARK THE VEHICLE JUMPED INTO REVERSE AND BEGAN TO ACCELERATE BACKWARDS,CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR WHICH FLEW OPEN DUE TO THE REVERSE ACCELERATION, THE WALL IN MY GARAGE ,THE GARAGE RAILING , THE SIDE PANEL OF THE GARAGE WERE ALL DAMAGED AS A RESULT. I THEN SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES AND THE PARKING BRAKES, PLACED THE SHIFTER IN NEUTRAL AND THEN TURNED OFF THE ENGINE, I THEN CALLED THE TOYOTA CORPORATION AND EXPLAINED THE EVENT TO THEM. THEIR PROCESS WAS SLOW AND NOT CONSIDERATE TO MY NEEDS AS A CONSUMER. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TOYOTA FINALLY RESPONDED AND I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 4 DAYS FOR SOMEONE ELSE FROM THEIR REGIONAL DEPARTMENT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. I FINALLY DECIDED TO LET MY INSURANCE COMPANY HANDLE THE VEHICLES DAMAGE BECAUSE I ONLY HAVE ONE CAR. AFTER A WEEK IN THE SHOP I THEN TOOK THE VEHICLE A TOYOTA DEALER FOR THEM TO REPAIR THE RECALL ISSUES. TOYOTA EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY FIXED THE RECALL PROBLEMS AND RETURNED THE VEHICLE BACK TO ME. *TR
IN OCT 2009 WE PURCHASED A 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY HYBRID SEDAN. WE IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A LAG OR DELAY WHEN WE APPLIED THE BRAKES. I NOTED TO MY WIFE THAT I NEVER CAME SO CLOSE TO THE CAR INFRONT OF ME WHEN STOPPING...REPEATEDLY. I TOLD THIS TO MY SALES REP AT THE DEALER AT WHICH I BOUGHT THE CAR, AND HE SAID, NO ISSUE. -HAPPENS CONSISTENTLY AT ALL SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AND RESUMED NORMAL OPERATION. THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 10V017000 (VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:ACCELERATOR PEDAL). THE REMEDY REPAIR WAS INSUFFICIENT. THE FAILURE OCCURRED AFTER THE RECALL SERVICE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR THE IDENTICAL FAILURES ON EIGHT SEPARATE OCCASIONS IN WHICH THERE WERE NO RESOLUTIONS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT TWO PEOPLE IN THE FAMILY DRIVE THE VEHICLE AND EXPERIENCED THE THE ACCELERATION FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,500.

THE CAR IS A CAMRY TOYOTA, 2010,4DSD, PURCHASED ON DEC 28, 2009 BY NATIONAL HOME PLANS (TEL.[XXX]). HAS A FAULTY ACCELERATOR SYSTEM, CAUSING SUDDEN SPEED AND A CRASH, WITH DAMAGES, WHILE ENTERING THE GARAGE. WE ARE NOT GETTING SIGNIFICANT COOPERATION FROM TOYOTA. IN TRYING TO PARK THE 2010 CAMRY TOYOTA IN THE GARAGE, THERE WAS AN ACCELERATOR FAILURE IN THAT THE CAR SUDDENLY PICKET UP GREAT SPEED CAUSING A CAR CRASH AND DAMAGE. THE INCIDENT WAS REPORTED TO TOYOTA, TODATE - 14 DAYS LATER - THE PROBLEM IS NOT FULLY RESOLVED. IT SEEMS THAT TOYOTA ADMINISTRATION IS DENYING ANY RESPONSIBILITIES. WE NEED YOUR HELP TOO. *TR

THE NHTSA RECALL #10V017000, VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL, ACCELERATOR PEDAL RECALL REPAIR WAS PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE; HOWEVER, AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED THE CONTACT CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE THE IDENTICAL FAILURES. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 4,700. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 700.
IN RICHARDSON,TEXAS I WAS DRIVING ON LOCAL ROAD WHERE SPEED LIMIT IS 30 MILES PER HOUR. I WAS DRIVING FROM EAST BOUND TO WEST BOUND AND TOOK LEFT TURN TO ENTER MY OFFICE PARKING LOT. ALMOST I TOOK 2 /3 VEHICLE ENTERED PARKING LOT RAMP AND REST 1/3 WAS IN ROAD. SUDDENLY GAS PEDAL WAS NOT RESPONSIVE. RIGHT OF WAY VEHICLE CAME HIT MY 2010 CAMRY XLE AT RIGHT SIDE OF CAR, BACK DOOR AND REAR BUMPER. MY CAR FULLY DAMAGED. OTHER CAR ALSO DAMAGED. OTHER CAR DRIVER IS HOSPITALIZED. HE CLAIMED HOSPITAL CHARGES AND CAR REPAIR. MY CAR GOT DAMAGED. I COMPLAINED RICHARDSON POLICE. THEY ISSUED CITATION TICKET TO ME. THAT CITATION TICKET IS INCLUDE FINE AND POINTS ON MY DRIVING LICENSE. I BROUGHT TO TOYOTA THIS ACCIDENT. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY. HE STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT LOCKED IN PLACE AND WOULD NOT UNLATCH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE SERVICE MANAGER HAD TO USE EXTREME FORCE TO UNLATCH IT. THE DEALER ORDERED A REPLACEMENT AT NO COST. I PULLED INTO SHEETZ IN BEDFORD AT ABOUT 515AM ON 01/13/10. I PRESSED THE ON/OFF BUTTON ON THE DASH AT WHICH TIME THE LIGHTS WENT OUT. I EXITED THE CAR AND ENSURED THAT THE KEY FOB WAS IN MY COAT POCKET. I SPENT APPROX 5 MINUTES IN THE SHEETZ STORE. ON MY WAY OUT, AN UNIDENTIFIED SHEETZ CUSTOMER CAME INTO THE STORE AND ASKED WHO'S WHITE CAMERY WAS IN THE PARKING LOT. THAT WAS MY RENTAL. WE EXITED THE STORE AND APPROACHED THE CAR, WHICH WAS NOW STOPPED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SLOPPED PARKING LOT AND NEAR A GRAY F-250. NOTICED DAMAGE TO THE HOOD; FRONT BUMPER AND DRIVER-SIDE HEADLIGHT. THE CUSTOMER BEGAN TO TELL ME HE HAD SEEN ME APPROACH THE STORE FROM THE CAR AND THEN HE SAW THE CAR ROLL AWAY A FEW MINUTES LATER. HE HADN'T NOTICED I WASN'T IN THE CAR. HE SAID HE RAN TO THE CAR TO CHECK ON ME AND REALIZED I WASN'T IN THE CAR. WHEN I LOOKED INTO THE CAR I NOTICED THAT THE CAR WAS IN PARK AND SHUT OFF. I AM REQUESTING THAT DOT NHTSA INVESTIGATE THE DRIVER'S CONTRIBUTION TO UNINTENDED ACCELERATION (UA) AND TOYOTA'S ACCELERATOR/BRAKE PEDAL DESIGNS THAT MAKE IT POSSIBLE. I WAS DRIVING A RENTED TOYOTA CAMRY IN A PARKING LOT. I APPLIED THE BRAKE AND INSTEAD OF SLOWING DOWN THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO GAIN SPEED. I PRESSED HARDER ON THE BRAKE AND IT ACCELERATED. THE HARDER I TRIED TO STOP THE CAR THE FASTER IT WENT. I TOOK MY FOOT OFF THE BRAKE FOR A MOMENT AND THE VEHICLE STOPPED ACCELERATING. I BELIEVE THAT MY FOOT WAS ON BOTH THE BRAKE AND THE ACCELERATOR PEDALS. I MEASURED THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE BRAKE AND THE ACCELERATOR AND FOUND THAT IT WAS ONLY 1.5 INCHES. MY VEHICLE A GM ACADIA IS 2.5 INCHES. THIS MADE ME THINK THAT THE TOPS OF THE TWO PEDALS ARE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. I MANAGED TO FIND 6 DIFFERENT TOYOTA MODELS INCLUDING THE PRIUS AND THEY AVERAGED 1.5 INCHES BETWEEN THE TOPS OF THE BRAKE AND THE ACCELERATOR PEDALS. I MEASURE COMPETITIVE VEHICLES AND FOUND THEY AVERAGED 2.2 INCHES. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE TOYOTA DESIGNS ' THEY ARE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. I HAVE CONTINUED TO INVESTIGATE UNINTENDED ACCELERATION AND HAVE COLLECTED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF DATA THAT SUPPORTS THE FACT THAT THE DRIVER IS A MAJOR CAUSE OF UA AND THAT SOME VEHICLE DESIGNS MAKE IT POSSIBLE. I EXPERIENCED A RUNAWAY ACCELERATION WHILE DRIVING MY 2010 CAMRY LE V6 (MADE IN JAPAN). WHILE LEAVING THE PARKING LOT OF MY WORK PLACE I WAS TRYING TO PULL AWAY FROM A STOP SIGN AND THE ENGINE REVVED OUT OF CONTROL. THE FIRMWARE TESTED FINE, AND RAN THE TEST CODE AS WELL, WITH NO ERRORS. IT WASN'T UNTIL THE SYSTEM WAS FULLY OPERATIONAL, THAT THE SYSTEM THREW THE ERRORS. SINCE IT WAS THE FIRMWARE THAT THREW THE ERRORS, NONE OF THE SENSORS OR ANY OF THE SYSTEM LOGS CAUGHT THE PROBLEM. THE VENDOR OF THE FIRMWARE "ASSUMED" IT WAS ALWAYS THE USER CODE "THE OEM" THAT WAS AT FAULT, AND ANY LOG WAS AIMED AT MONITORING THE SOFTWARE EXECUTION, AND NOT THE FIRMWARE PROCESSING. IN WATCHING THE MAJOR AUTO MANUFACTURER COME TO HIS KNEES, IT STRUCK ME AS TO HOW SIMILAR, THE SITUATION SEEMS IN THIS CASE, TO WHAT WE EXPERIENCED, IN THE AIR FORCE. THE SERVICE MANAGER THEN STATED HE WOULD OPEN A TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SYSTEM CASE AND WHEN A SPECIALIST WAS IN THE AREA, THEY WOULD HAVE HIM INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THE MANAGER CONTACTED THE CONSUMER AND INFORMED HER, THE SPECIALIST WOULD NOT BE INSPECTING THE VEHICLE AS THEY HAD RECEIVED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND THEY DETERMINED THE PROBLEM TO BE THE ABS ACTUATOR, BUT THERE WAS NO FIX AT THE MOMENT. *JB

CAR IS NOT SITTING ON THE FRAME PROPERLY BUT SERVICE WILL NOT ADMIT IT. TOOK CAR TO SERVICE AGAIN ON 2/13/10. AGAIN A 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT WAS PERFORMED AND DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. TOOK TO SERVICE AGAIN 3/8/10 COMPLAINED THAT CAR ISN'T DRIVING PROPERLY, I HAVE TO HOLD MY STEERING WHEEL A CERTAIN WAY TO KEEP THE CAR DRIVING STRAIGHT. WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE DUE TO THE DISTORTION, WOBBLING OF CAR AND WAS TOLD THAT TOYOTA TIRES ROLL FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. INCREDIBLE! IN ADDITION, WHEN BRAKING IN WET ROAD CONDITIONS, THE WHEELS WOULD SLIDE BEFORE THE VEHICLE WOULD COME TO A STOP.
