During the diagnostic test, the vehicle control history report stated that the accelerator pedal and brake pedal had been depressed simultaneously and was caused by driver error. Additionally, while operating the vehicle, the Lane Departure feature malfunctioned, causing the vehicle to erroneously steer into the opposite lane of oncoming traffic.
