Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)Vehicle 2023 Toyota Crown XLE Hybrid - 02/27/2024 - My vehicle was at a complete stop and was hit on the driver's side of the vehicle by a fully loaded dump truck traveling at 55 mph. The impact was so hard that my head hit the window. State Farm did their investigation and totaled the vehicle (less than 6 months old and approximately 6000 miles). Not one air bag deployed with that hard of an impact - not one! Unfortunately I am at fault as I had proceeded from my stop sign when I realized oncoming traffic did not have a stop sign. Before I could correct my error, I was hit on the drivers side of the vehicle.
