THE VEHICLE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND WAS HIT HEAD ON. THE VEHICLE WAS MOVING AT APPROXIMATELY 30-35 MPH AT IMPACT. THE FRONT AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS. *JB
