TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 TOYOTA RAV4. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PART NEEDED TO CHARGE THE BATTERY WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE MADE A LOUD WHISTLING NOISE. MY MASTER POWER SWITCH STOPPED WORKING IN 2014. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE 2005 RAV4 WAS NOT ON THE LIST FOR THE RECALL. WINDOWS WILL NOT GO UP AND DOWN.
